Distilled from a mash bill of 51% Rye and 49% Malted Barley. Big, bold, and unapologetically intense! The Malted Barley really shines through upfront, starting the flavor journey off sweet and creamy with flavor notes of caramel, cereal and what can only be describes as..well..malt. The Rye kicks off the finish with tons of cinnamon spice, big black pepper, combined with smoky flavor notes courtesy of the Malted Barley. Being cask strength only adds to the beautiful intensity of the finish.

The Scotch whisky landscape was changed forever.
Over the past 23 years, Hedonism has remained a core part of the Compass Box brand, winning numerous awards and becoming a staple in many whisky fans’ cabinets.
The calibre of whiskies we need for Hedonism have grown ever harder to find, which is why our first ever expression will become a Limited Annual Release going forward. For the first batch we have turned to more mature whiskies aged almost entirely in first-fill Bourbon barrels.

Hedonism 2024 contains the last of our stocks of grain whiskies distilled in the 1990s, a period when some of the distilleries featured used maize in their mashes. This brings an enhanced buttery weight to the overall composition.  You can expect a complex array of patisserie aromas, with exotic vanilla and clove-infused caramel. Layers of creamy custard arrive on the palate, with accents of honey and mascarpone. At the finish, a delicate citrus accent appears.

This white wine combines richness and finesse. The nose is fresh with hints of exotic fruit and pink grapefruit. The palate is both smooth and bright with nice aromatic length. This wine is very fresh on the nose with the classic Sauvignon characteristics of gooseberries. Dry and full bodied, its finish is long and mellow with just a hint of citrus. The wine is made with very low yields from 25 year old vines. This crisp, summery white wine is an excellent pair with oysters, asparagus side dishes, grilled fish, lean white meats and hard cheeses.

His old vine Carignan adds a complex peppery spice component, while the adds rich black fruit flavors.

Brilliant ruby-red. Fresh and energetic on the nose, displaying intense red fruit preserve and floral scents and a suggestion of white pepper. Juicy and supple on the palate, offering sweet raspberry and cherry flavors and a refreshingly bitter blood orange nuance. Fine grained tannins build slowly through a long, sappy finish that leaves behind a suave lavender note. Great with cheese!

2020 Domaine de Servans Cotes du Rhone....$14.99
The grapes for this wine are organically grown in sandy clay soil in two different parcels: 4 hectares surrounding the domaine; and 4.5 hectares in the quarter called le Moulinas. The yields are 45 to 50 hl/ha and the vines average 40 years in age. The grapes are harvested by hand with a hand triage to select only the best quality grapes. They are de-stemmed and crushed, followed by maceration in temperature controlled tanks. The two grape varietals are vinified separately based on the time at which they are harvested. This ensures that each grape variety is brought in and vinified at optimal maturity. The wine rests in tank and is racked 2 to 3 times over the winter. The wine is certified organic by Ecocert
