2008 Buccella Cabernet Sauvignon....$139.99
"The 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, which comes from multiple fruit sources in Rutherford, Oakville, Yountville, Coombsville, Oak Knoll and Carneros, was aged in 100% new French oak. A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, it exhibits an opaque purple color, great intensity and a sweet nose of blue and black fruits intermixed with toasty oak, lead pencil shavings and forest floor. Rich, layered and full-bodied with silky tannins, this broad, savory 2008 should drink well for 15 or more years."

Stone Imperial Russian Stout 2011 Classic Release....$5.49 / 22 oz
Brewed in the authentic historical style of an Imperial Russian Stout, this beer is massive. Intensely aromatic (notes of anise, black currants, coffee, roastiness and alcohol) and heavy on the palate, this brew goes where few can - and fewer dare even try. The style originated from Czarist Russia's demand for ever thicker English stouts. Expect our version of this mysterious brew to pour like Siberian crude and taste even heavier!

Charleville Explicit APA....$4.69
"American Pale Ale is not only the standard, but the foundry for what has inspired the craft beer movement. Here at Charleville we wanted to celebrate the beer style that stands as the cornerstone for what has made American craft brewing so great. Our Explicit APA is brewed with five addtions of hops prior to the wort passing through the Hopback on its way to fermentation. To complete this full bodied ale dry hops are added during cold maturation to creat a hop forward ale, with a transcendental copper hue" -- Charleville

TOP BREWER IN THE WORLD
"All brewers listed are gold medal winners. (The total number of brewers in our contest is 5,836. The 100 listed represent the top 1.7% of all brewers -- the creme de la creme of world brewing; a greater percentage of the population qualifies as genius for comparison.)
With the Ratebeer winter awards of last year, we were already very happy to enter their Top 100. Since that day, Struise team has been working even harder on issues like quality, creativity, and most off all originality.
Today we are very honoured receiving this award, and it will have a special place at our office and in our hearts. It will give us the necessary courage every day in the future to try and do better."
Cheers,

2007 Paradigm Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2007 growing season allowed for fully ripe flavorful fruit. Our cabernet has luscious black cherry and blackberry aromas with a bit of mocha, red licorice and spice. On the palate, the wine is a big round mouthful of flavor, power and elegance. Classic Paradigm flavor profile, black cherry, berry, a sweet touch of toasty french oak, silky texture, seamless with a well tiered finish. Flavors are explosive in the mouth yet the wine has such a lovely structure and great balance.
Since that first vintage, the wines have been made by renowned winemaker, Heidi Peterson Barrett.
WINEMAKER: one of the greatest
Heidi Peterson Barret's resume includes making wines for Screaming Eagle, Amuse Bouche, Dalla Valle, Grace Family, Showket Vineyards, La Sirena, Jones Family, and Vineyard 29.
2009 Chappellet Chardonnay
Fresh, vibrant and tightly wound, with a citrus edge to the green apple flavors. Full-bodied, ending with a dash of herb and smoke. Best from 2012 through 2018. 5,025 cases made. –JL

2008 Dubeouf Chiroubles.....$9.99
Compare to The Wine Advocate's price of $14.99
In stock at Forsyth -- only 9 cases available.
"The 2008 Chiroubles features juicy, bright red raspberry with lovely, wafting hints of peony and a tart, refreshing finish.
Consistent in style and amazingly low in price, the myriad Beaujolais bottlings of George Duboeuf continue to represent outstanding values in the American marketplace. In April, I tasted nearly their entire range of 2008s, with few exceptions, already bottled. The overwhelming majority of these made my cut as value recommendations." -- The Wine Advocate

Dom Perignon 2002 Andy Warhol
Also online now
Special limited edition Andy Warhol Dom Perignon. Great looking bottles - 3 different label colors and each in a gift box.
Back in stock - only 8 cases available
2002 Dom Perignon "Andy Warhol" Edition.....$134.99
Very limited, only 300 bottles made it to Missouri. We have it, and we are not adding an upcharge for this rare wine. Same price as our regular Dom Perignon -- now the GREAT 2002 VINTAGE!
"The 2002 Dom Perignon is at first intensely floral, with perfumed jasmine that dominates the bouquet. With time in the glass the wine gains richness as the flavors turn decidedly riper and almost tropical. Ripe apricots, passion fruit and peaches emerge from this flashy, opulent Dom Perignon. The wine’s volume makes it approachable today, but readers in search of more complexity will want to cellar this for at least a few years to allow for some of the baby fat to drop off. Geoffroy describes the vintage as very ripe and adds that some of the Chardonnay showed the ill-effects of the hot growing season in it the somewhat burned, dehydrated fruit that came in that year. This bottle was disgorged in July, 2009. To be released summer 2010. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2032"

Andy Warhol
"Warhol notes in his diary, ‘back to the hotel and be picked up by the 2000 people - it's a club of twenty guys who got together and they’re going to buy 2000 bottles of Dom Pérignon which they will put in a sealed room until the year 2000’. The most desirable delicacy, known to age marvelously, what else would the 2000 club lock away for 20 years? What better prize to anticipate than a secret stock of Dom Pérignon?
Dom Pérignon asked the Design Laboratory at Central Saint Martins School of Art & Design to reinterpret its timeless bottle in commemoration of Andy Warhol. A unique set of three bottles, red, blue and yellow, paying homage to the artist’s adventures in colour." -- Moet Chandon
