Left Hand Brewing Peanut Butter Milk Stout

Left Hand Brewing Peanut Butter Milk Stout...$9.99 / 6pk cans
Rich milk chocolate notes team up with peanut buttery perfection for a deliciously dark duo.
Rhythm and Blues. Batman and Robin. Peanut Butter and Chocolate. These classic duos never go out of style. Enter Peanut Butter Milk Stout. We took the pure milk chocolate bliss of our classic Milk Stout and added peanut buttery goodness. It’s like an adult peanut butter cup you can drink. It’s rich and decadent on the palate and lusciously lingers into a nutty, dry finish. A perfect pair you’ll want to share.

Against the Grain / Upland Brewing Overcompensation DIPA

Against the Grain / Upland Brewing Overcompensation DIPA...$13.99 / 4pk 16oz cans
Upland thought they could be better than us. Bigger, faster, more souped-up. Turns out they are, but what they don’t have is our expert ability to shot gun beers with movie stars, wear crochet suits, commandeer strip clubs, AND make a bigger IPA. There we said it. Ours is better, so drink up.

Against the Grain Citra Ass Down...$13.99 / 4pk 16oz Cans
Citra ass down and crush this beer!
This is a very hop forward American style IPA. Brewed with Pale, Vienna, Munich and wheat malt for a solid base for all American hops, focusing mainly on the variety “Citra.” Citra hops are a relatively new variety introduced in 2008. It was bred as a hybrid of a number of different hops, including Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, U.S. Tettnanger, East Kent Golding, Bavarian, Brewers Gold, and other unknown hops. The resulting hop, Citra, has a distinct citrusy and tropical fruit flavor and aroma. In Citra ass down we used American Columbus for bittering and 11# of Citra at the end of the boil for late kettle addition flavor and aroma. Then we added 6 more pounds Citra and 5# Centennial post fermention for aroma. Rebrewed for your tasting pleasure!

Against the Grain Brown Note...$10.99 / 4pk 16oz Cans
Caution: so good it WILL make you shit yourself!!!!
The brown ale to end all brown ales. Enjoy it, because there is no longer any reason to drink another. You’ve reached the pinnacle. A healthy blend of traditional British malts give this popular style a semi-sweet, biscuity, slightly roasted flavor. Oats thicken the mouthfeel, and a handful of specialty malts add complex chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes. The hops are mostly traditional, earthy British hops, but we cocked it up a bit with some Cascade late in the boil just to show those snooty Brits that we don’t approve of that Constitutional Monarchy crap.

St. George Spirits Single Malt Whiskey SM020

St. George Spirits Single Malt Whiskey SM020...$89.99
For 20 years now, St. George Single Malt Whiskey has been an American original: distilled, aged, blended, and bottled by us out of love for what a handcrafted single malt can be.

If you’ve tried any other St. George distillate, you owe it to yourself to taste the spirit that compelled master distiller Lance Winters to start distilling in the first place.

1001 Whiskies You Must Taste Before You Die says our whiskey “might just be the best U.S. single malt available today”—and by George, we agree.

Admiral Rodney Rum

Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa Rum...$54.99
Rated 92/100 The Wine Enthusiast
Fine and Mature Saint Lucia Rum

Admiral Rodney Princessa HMS Princessa was originally a Spanish vessel captured by the British in 1780 at the battle of Cape St. Vincent. Captained by Charles Knatchbull with Rear Admiral Francis Samuel Drake abroad, this 70 gun ship of the line was one of the first ships to engage the French in the Battle of the Saints. Fighting valiantly, the Princessa engaged the enemy throughout the battle and inspired us to create this rum which embodies power and integrity. Rum Blend: Admiral Rodney Princessa contains Coffey still rum pulled off lower sections of the still resulting in a robust and complex flavor profile. This rum is aged from 5-9 years in Bourbon and Port casks before being blended together by our Master Blender. Tasting Notes: Deep mahogany color with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, crème brulee tones balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel, and tropical spice.

Admiral Rodney HMS Royal Rum...$73.99
Rated 95/100 The Wine Enthusiast
Extra Old Saint Lucia Rum

Admiral Rodney Royal Oak HMS Royal Oak was in the vanguard of ships to engage the French in the famoos Battle of the Saints. Captained by Thomas Burnett, the Royal Oak maneuvered skillfully and brought to bear all of her 74 guns on the enemy for the duration of the battle. With 8 men lost and 20 wounded, the Royal Oak played an integral role in the first skirmishes of the battle and encouraged us to create a rum of rarity, intensity, and boldness. Rum Blend: Admiral Rodney Royal Oak, the original Admiral Rodney blend, contains 7-12 year old Coffey still rum that has been aged exclusively in previously used Bourbon casks and blended to perfection. Tasting Notes: Bright amber color with a nose of prunes, raisin fruit, toasty oak and tropical spiced. Intense mouth-feel of sweet sultana fruit, tobacco, and chocolate, with vanilla from the oak. Complex finish with sweet fruit, caramel, and spice

Admiral Rodney HMS Formidable Rum...$92.99
TOP 100 SPIRITS 2020
Rated 96/100 The Wine Enthusiast
Rare Saint Lucia Rum
Admiral Rodney Formidable HMS Formidable was Admiral Rodney’s flagship in the famous Battle of the Saints. Formidable was in the center of the British fleet and took advantage of a sudden change of wind to “break the line” and sail into the French fleet unleashing her 98 guns on Admiral de Grasse’s ships. Fighting with gusto and courage, Formidable’s gallantry has inspired an exceptional rum that celebrates valor, honor, and service. Rum Blend: Admiral Rodney Formidable contains rums pulled exclusively from the lowest portion of the Coffey still possible resulting in a much heavier and more flavorful rum. These rums are then aged from 9-12 years in previously used Bourbon casks and expertly blended. Tasting Notes: Intense dark golden color with a nose of wonderful honeyed raisin fruit, spiced and vanilla. A complex palate of luscious sweet sultans fruit balanced with a toasty oak. Long finish to leave a lasting impression of the brilliance of great rum.

Pere Labat 8 Year Old Agricole Rhum Extra Vieux...$119.99
42% abv • 750ml • 8 years old No additives • Distilled from fresh sugarcane juice
This rare rhum agricole vieux from Distillerie Poisson was aged in the tropical climate of Marie-Galante for eight years in 200L oak barrels. Producing rum since the early 1900s, Père Labat utilizes estate and locally grown sugarcane varieties native to the island. As rhum agricole, these spirits are produced from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice rather than molasses. The distillery is the oldest on the island of Marie-Galante and houses one of of the oldest stills in the Caribbean.

2017 Opus One Proprietary Red

2017 Opus One Proprietary Red...$299.98
Compare to $364.97 at Total Wine and More
Opus One had picked 91% of their fruit before the fires started in 2017, and only two lots were eliminated from consideration. The 2017 Opus One, bottled in July 2019, is a blend of 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.5% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 4.5% Merlot and 1% Malbec. Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it slowly grows on the nose, revealing compelling notes of baked black cherries, mulberries, black raspberries, warm cassis and blackberry pie with nuances of spice cake, yeast extract, tapenade, licorice and dusty soil with a waft of wild sage. Medium-bodied, the palate has a lively skip in its step, featuring bags of juicy raspberry and cassis-laced fruit and a refreshing line, supported by ripe, plush tannins, finishing long and graceful.
Rated 95/100 Wine Advocate
Lots of currant and floral notes on the nose. Hints of mint and spice. Medium-to full-bodied, round and savory with creamy, juicy tannins. Hints of citrus underneath. Bright, fresh and delicious. Drink or hold.
Rated 95/100 James Suckling
A remarkable wine for the year, the 2017 Opus One is a dense, full-throttle beauty. Plush fruit and soft, silky contours give the 2017 its racy personality. Exotic, beautifully perfumed and impeccable in its balance, Opus One is one of the most complete wines of the vintage. In 2017, Opus One has a distinctly red-toned fruit profile that distinguishes it from the surrounding vintages.

Compare to $37.99 at Total Wine and More for the same bottle
A 200-year-old recipe crafted in a 200-year-old England-based distillery, Broker’s Gin begins with tradition. It begins with a recipe the original founders spent hundreds of years perfecting. A quadruple-distilled pure grain spirit made from English wheat is redistilled in a traditional copper pot still with ten traditional botanicals, creating a gin of outstanding flavour and smoothness.
Broker’s is seriously good gin with a decidedly playful spirit. The bowler hat atop each bottle and the image of a bowler-hatted gentleman – an archetypal London stockbroker – are a respectful nod to England’s historical reputation as the home of gin. The winner of more top awards in international competitions over the last ten years than any other gin, Broker’s truly is the World’s Best Gin.

#7 2018 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon $51.99
Compare to Total Wine and More at $64.99
Quite dark in the glass, this reliable crowd-pleaser begins with hearty aromas of black currant, black plum, lush oak and caramel, accented by a hint of olive and loads of clove and nutmeg. The mouthfeel is hearty and rich, with just enough tannic weight to balance the creamy black-cherry, caramel and chocolate-ice-cream flavors, which lead to an oaky finish.
Rated 95/100 The Wine Enthusiast

#10 2019 Elk Cove Pinot Gris $17.99
Adam Campbell's Pinot Gris is one of Oregon's best, year in and year out. A lush and vivid mix of grapefruit, lemon curd and candied orange peel, this new vintage both surprises and delights. Such complexity is rare in a grape mostly centered around apple and pear flavors—both are here, but in a back seat role. This unique mix is deliciously irresistible.

Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout

Odell Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout...$12.99 / 6pk
If you’ve ever been to our brewery, you’ve likely seen the old, beat-up truck that hauls away our spent grain. That truck belongs to Lugene who’s been feeding his dairy cows the hearty malt for over a decade. Named in his honor, Lugene Chocolate Milk Stout is brewed with milk sugar and milk chocolate. The rich and creamy brew reminds us of a cold glass of chocolate milk and our hometown “Aggie” roots.

Firestone Walker Anniversary Ale XXIV

Firestone Walker Anniversary Ale XXIV....$11.99 / 12oz
Every late summer, right before the wine harvest gets rolling, we invite our local winemaker friends to the brewery to help blend our annual Anniversary Ale. Winemakers are practicing experts in the art of blending, and we realized early on that they could provide invaluable input for creating a seamless beer from numerous barrel-aged component ales.

The winemakers come for both the challenge and the camaraderie. They split up into small teams and create their own preferred blends from the provided components. Each of the resulting trials is then blind tasted by the entire group, and votes are cast for the winning blend.

The victorious team walks away with bragging rights—and with a set of coveted cardboard crowns.

The result this year is XXIV—a masterwork of richness and complexity, blended from six distinct ales aged primarily in bourbon barrels, with a small portion aged in tequila barrels.

The Original Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Stout. Our primary focus every year is to make this beer the best that it’s ever been, with the best ingredients, which includes the finest of bourbon whiskey barrels. This year’s Bourbon County Stout is aged in a mix of bourbon barrels from whiskey distilleries like Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill Distillery and Wild Turkey. Tasting Notes: Cocoa, fudge, vanilla, caramel, almond, plus leather and tobacco

Bourbon County Kentucky Fog Stout...$20.99 / pint
we’re excited to debut our first-ever tea-inspired variant. Brewer Paul Cade brought this idea to life, inspired by his girlfriend, Martha, who prefers tea over coffee. Our Bourbon County Kentucky Fog Stout is a take on the London Fog tea drink. With that flavor profile in mind, we added Earl Grey Tea and Black Tea from Kilogram Tea, as well as clover honey from The Honey House, to make a Bourbon County Stout variant with a complexity like none before.
Tasting Notes: Black licorice, white pepper, citrus, florals, graham cracker

1 per person
Bourbon County Special #4 Stout...$20.99 / pint
Bourbon County Special #4 Stout is an oatmeal stout variant of our original Bourbon County Stout recipe, also aged in bourbon barrels, that uses crystal oats to add a nutty character, as well as a smooth mouthfeel. After barrel aging, we add Intelligentsia Coffee, both their cold coffee and single origin coffee beans from Ethiopia, called “Metad Buku,” bringing out a pleasant fruity coffee character. Lastly bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup from Bissell Maple Farm in Ohio is added which provides complexity to the nutty oats and coffee to round out the flavors, ultimately reminiscent of your breakfast ‘special’ at the local diner.
Tasting Notes: Coffee, vanilla, toasted nuts, cocoa, maple

1 per person
Bourbon County Caramella Ale...$14.99 / pint
Caramella or ‘candy’ in Italian is a wheatwine aged in Larceny Wheated Bourbon barrels with apple, cinnamon, and natural caramel flavor added after aging. Just like last year, the sweet smoothness from the Larceny Wheated Bourbon barrels adds a lingering warmth that complements the added flavor nuance. It’s nostalgia-inducing flavors are reminiscent of a caramel apple. Our Lab Tech, Joey Tidei, created this variant as a tribute to his love of seasonal flavors. This luscious embodiment of caramel perfectly paired with a slightly-tart apple flavor will transport you to a crisp autumn day.
Tasting Notes: Creamy caramel, red apple, cinnamon, funnel cake

1 per person
Birthday Bourbon County Stout....$27.99
We partnered with the Old Forester Brand and paired Bourbon County Stout with barrels from one of the world’s most sought-after bourbons – Old Forester Birthday Bourbon. The limited-edition bourbon, released each year on the founder George Garvin Brown of Brown-Forman’s birthday, is made in hand-selected 11-year old barrels and chosen from one specific day of production – resulting in flavor profiles that vary every year and never replicated. Old Forester’s tasting notes for the 2019 Birthday Bourbon are: “Rich oak spice and blackcurrant coupled with light maple, caramel cake, and white floral notes.” This year’s Birthday Bourbon County Stout is a truly unique variation that is a must-have for bourbon and beer lovers alike.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, vanilla, maple, berry, cinnamon

1 per person - very little of this one, so will go fast.  We only got 12 bottles total and 6 went it BRC - so only 6 available this morning.
Anniversary Bourbon County Stout....$27.99
Anniversary Bourbon County Stout is aged 2 years in Weller 12 Year barrels and is a special variant this year to celebrate Goose Island’s 10-year tradition of releasing Bourbon County Stout on Black Friday. The Weller brand is one of the most universally loved collections in all of bourbon, with Weller 12 Year being one of the hardest to get and most sought after. Our Original Bourbon County Stout is aged in 4-5 year old barrels for one year, so the added age of these Weller barrels, paired with an extra year of the beer in the barrel, adds stronger barrel flavors and notes of dried dark fruit.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, burnt sugar, oak, dried dark fruit
