Wines for your Thanksgiving Feast!

Join us this Saturday at ALL FOUR LOCATIONS as we taste wines tailor made for any Thanksgiving meal. Our experts will match the best wine with not just your turkey but the too often overlooked side dishes as well.

2019 E. Traber Riesling Alsace, France....$19.99
E. Traber Riesling a dry white wine from the region of Alsace. This white wine is aromatic and it is classified as a “noble grape variety” just like Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Muscat. It is known to be the finest of Alsace grapes and the most elegant. It covers about a quarter of the Alsatian vineyard. It is a dry, racy white with loads of citrus and mineral components. Well structure with a very long finish. It goes perfectly with turkey.

2020 Commanderie de la Bargemone Coteaux D'Aix-En-Provence, France $21.99
Vivid orange-pink. Strawberry, orange zest and pungent flowers on the perfumed nose. Juicy red berry, citrus fruit and honeysuckle flavors show good depth and a bracing undercurrent of juicy acidity. Opens up slowly on the back half and finishes long and silky, with repeating florality and a refreshingly bitter touch of orange zest. Rated 90 Vinous Media

2019 Jeff Carrel - Les Darons Languedoc, France $16.99
Perhaps a touch more concentrated than the 2018 version, the 2019 Languedoc Les Darons offers up penetrating raspberry and cherry aromas. It's plump and creamy in texture, medium to full-bodied, supple and easy to drink. It should prove to be another fine value. Rated 89-91/100 The Wine Advocate

Famous Grouse Naked....$30.99
A tasty whisky that features Highland Park and Macallan blended with other malts like Glenrothes and Glenturret - all aged in first-fill ex-Oloroso casks. It's one of the best deals in Scotch right now, and better than some of its individual parts - The Whiskey Jug

10 yr Edradour Unchillfiltered $84.99
Rich, spiced fruit cake and roasting nuts. Red berry fruits, spiced sultanas, maple syrup and almonds combine deliciously. A hint of Dolly Mixtures, the presence of fine oak Oloroso casks provide a backdrop of great depth and fullness. The rich mouth feel that comes from the smallest traditional stills in Scotland is even more apparent. Creamy oak, mild warming spices with a calming nature. -- Edradour Distillery

3 bottles
2018 Jacques Frederic Mugnier Nuits Saint Georges Clos de la Marechale...$299.99 / 1.5 liter

The 2018 Nuits Saint-Georges Clos de la Maréchale 1er Cru was tasted from a blend of five cuvées. It has an attractive bouquet of mainly black fruit laced with black tea and bay leaf notes, plus touches of rose petal in the background. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins, tending more toward a red fruit profile, with wonderful salinity on the finish. Good potential. Excellent.
Rated 90-92/100 Vinous Media

Clos de la Maréchale was hit by two hail storms in 2018, including one on the day of France's World Cup final triumph, so yields in this 9.06ha monopoly vineyard were down by 40% overall. The quality of the resulting wine didn't suffer in the slightest, as this is one of the best bottlings of recent years, with fine, savoury red fruit flavours, graceful tannins and a stylish frame of 25% new wood.
Rated 94/100 Decanter Magazine

1 bottle
2007 Hubert Lignier Clos de la Roche Grand Cru...$799.99 / 1.5 liter
This possesses the most complex nose in the range with blue and black berry aromas that run toward cassis with background notes of stone and plum that are in perfect keeping with the naturally sweet, textured and palate staining big-bodied flavors that culminate in a mentholated, tangy and long finish that appears to have enough underlying material to eventually round out
Rated 91/100 Allen Meadows Burghound

1 bottle
2016 Hubert Lignier Gevrey Chambertin Les Seuvrees...$215.99 / 1.5 liter
The 2016 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées impressed me from barrel and now in bottle, it is certainly fulfilling its potential. Served blind at a restaurant in Beaune, it offers copious plush red fruit on the nose laced with subtle limestone scents. The palate is beautifully balanced with velvety smooth tannins, immense depth for a Village Cru with a purity on the finish that is completely disarming. I doubt that you will find many Village Crus that will surpass this little gem from Lignier. Tasted blind at La Superbe restaurant.
Rated 93/100 Vinous Media
The 2016 Gevrey-Chambertin les Seuvrées comes from 60- to 70-year-old vines and included 30% whole-bunch fruit. This has a more refined and precise bouquet than the la Justice thanks to the effortlessly pure red fruit intertwined with cold stone/limestone aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, a killer line of acidity and a brightness on the finish that is a pure joy. This is a superb village cru, one of the best that I encountered this vintage.
Rated 91-93/100 The Wine Advocate

1 bottle
2017 Comtes Lafon Volnay Santenots du Milieu 1er Cru...$439.99

The 2017 Volnay 1er Cru Les Santenots-du-Milieu confirms its strong showing from barrel, soaring from the glass with scents of ripe cherries, red berries, rose petals, orange rind and a deft touch of toasty new oak. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, with melting tannins, succulent acids and a charming, supple profile that makes it hard to resist.
Rated 93/100 The Wine Advocate
The 2017 Volnay Les Santenots-du-Milieu 1er Cru was opened by Dominique Lafon just because he wanted to compare with the ensuing two vintages. Who was I to stop him? It is very different in style from those vintages: redder fruit, more transparency, charming, and it wears its heart on its sleeve. The palate is full of slightly peppery red berry fruit, saline and spicy with good grip and a long raspberry and wild strawberry finish. So unbelievably drinkable, even at this early stage you’ll finish bottle.
Rated 94/100 Vinous Media

1 bottle
2018 Comtes Lafon Volnay Santenots du Milieu 1er Cru...$439.99 / 1.5 liter

Lafon's finest red this year is, as usual, the 2018 Volnay 1er Cru Les Santenots-du-Milieu, a wine that combines the finesse of the Clos des Chênes with the power and depth of the Champans. Exhibiting a complex bouquet of cherries, smoky wild berries, rich soil tones, violets and dark chocolate, it's medium to full-bodied, lively and concentrated, with refined tannins and a sense of controlled power.
Rated 92-94+/100 The Wine Advocate
The 2018 Volnay Les Santenots-du-Milieu 1er Cru has the most intense bouquet of Dominique Lafon’s Volnays this year, intense black cherry scents intermingling with boysenberry and light cassis aromas, all delivered with the utmost detail. The palate offers black cherry and raspberry fruit infused with violets, very fine tannins and gentle grip. The silky-smooth finish fans out gloriously. Stunning.
Rated 94-96/100 Vinous Media

7 bottles
2017 Jean Marc Pavelot Savigny les Beaune Dominode 1er Cru...$115.99 / 1.5 liter
The 2017 la Dominode is the most structured young Savigny premier cru in the cellars, but its potential is enormous. The youthful nose was still in the process of absorbing its serving of new oak, but will do so seamlessly with a bit more age, and offers up a fine blend of black plums, red and black cherries, pigeon, dark soil tones, raw cocoa, a bit of bonfire, cedar and an exotic topnote of licorice. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and nicely reserved out of the blocks, with an excellent core of fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long, soil-driven and complex finish. This is serious juice. 2026-2065+.
Rated 94/100 John Gilman View from the Cellar
Rated 91-93/100 Vinous Media

1 bottle
2015 Jean Marc Pavelot Savigny les Beaue Dominode 1er Cru...$124.99 / Magnum
The 2015 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Dominodes is cut from the same cloth as the Aux Gravains, albeit with more floral scents and more red fruit. It is just as beautifully defined and seductive though. The palate is medium-bodied with silky smooth tannin, superb mineralité, immense cohesion and energy that spills over on the chalky-textured finish. This is (yet another) outstanding 2015 from Domaine Pavelot who frankly has done little wrong this vintage

Hine Cognac

The Hine House of Cognac

Hine Hommage Grande Champagne Cognac...$149.99
Hommage to Thomas Hine
Appellation Grande Champagne Contrôlée XO
Blend of more than twenty eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne grapes. This blend has the particularity of including 4 single vintages named “Early Landed” as they have been aged in damp British cellars until reaching full maturity.
In this tribute to Thomas Hine, adventurous Englishman landed from England in the 18th century to discover the subtleties within cognac, there is a notably uncommon je-ne-sais-quoi. Both discrete and whimsical, tangy pear and sharp orange zest rally. Mark Darcy meets Mick Jagger.
Homage quietly arises on the limestone land of Grande Champagne where it draws both tension and minerality. A two-decades journey across the Channel will then combine geographic adventure and lifelong tradition. Under the arched vaults of damp British cellars, a recital of candied citrus awakens. With it, notes of honey and fresh hazelnuts. Single vintages gently taunt each other before finding their own harmony, sheltered in their decanter. The French way of falling under the English spell.

Hine Cognac Bonneuil Vintage 2005....$129.99
Appellation Grande Champagne Contrôlée
Limited Edition of 18 casks of 450 numbered bottles.
Bonneuil 2005 is an unblended cognac from a single harvest, providing the purest and most accurate expression of the Grande Champagne’s chalky terroir. Its guiding philosophy is to remain as close as possible to the wine itself and reveal the distinct character of the soils from which the vines draw their identity.
Such panache! Bonneuil 2005 is a curiosity, an unparalleled field of expression. Forthright, polished and peremptory, if it were an object it would undoubtedly be the blade of a Japanese knife. Like the dancers of Edgar Degas, its dual qualities of precision and vitality perform a ballet in the glass; a pirouette of white flowers, supported by ripe quince that almost draws us into its spin. Pineapple hints at exoticism, while a light saltiness provides a lingering ocean finish.

Disconcerting, it is best savoured with a few grey shrimps and a bit of Lou Reed. Take a walk on the wild side.

Hine H by Hine VSOP Cognac...$39.99
H BY HINE
Appellation Fine Champagne Contrôlée VSOP
Blended eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne grapes.
H by Hine is whimsical. If it were a young man, it would have the keen eye of Dick Diver in Fitzgerald’s Tender is the Night. Adventurous, lively and elegant, it is the ideal sidekick for daring cocktails and a flamboyant soloist when served neat with a dash of cold tonic. Expressive yet discreet, its notes of iris, fresh apricot, acacia and white pepper chime with its sprightly and joyful demeanour. Feels like Coachella in a bottle.
H by Hine is a young cognac with a taste for adventure and originality. Serve frozen in a shot glass with sashimi. Or simply over ice with tonic, cider or ginger ale, garnished with a twist of lime, cucumber or rosemary. Add as a surprising twist to a punch when too many friends show up with very little time, or simply drizzle over a fresh peach salad.
There’s only one rule: drink outside the box.

Hine Cognac XO Antique...$199.99
Appellation Grande Champagne Contrôlée XO

Blend of some forty eaux-de-vie produced exclusively from Grande Champagne grapes.
“To sing, to laugh, to dream,
To walk in my own way and be alone,
Free, with an eye to see things as they are,
A voice that means manhood—to cock my hat
Where I choose—”
Cyrano de Bergerac, his plumed hat and poetic speech are the witnesses to a final, lingering mouthful that never ceases to surprise. In a blend of mature eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, Antique sets out to be different. A perpetual conversation between the fruit and oak reveals notes of hazelnut, ripe quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco. Mischievous complexity comes into being, along with sleek vivacity.
Accompanied by mature mimolette or cheddar cheese, a roasted pineapple or a few pieces of orange chocolate, Antique lingers even longer. To be savoured to the soundtrack of a prelude by Glenn Gould.

Skygazer Watercolors Monochromatic Raspberry...$20.99 / 4pk

A monochromatic painting is one created using only one color or hue. We decided to apply this art style and technique to our Watercolors series.
Monochromatics feature just a single fruit with the goal of allowing that fruit to fully showcase itself. In terms of volume, they are fruited right on par with our other Watercolors variants. That means, a lot of fruit!

We're kicking things off with Raspberry! One of our favorite fruits to work with because of its pleasant, natural tartness, jammy aroma and for the wild sweetness it carries.

Skygazer Watercolors Abstract 2....$22.99 / 4pk
This Watercolors, as you know, is a blend of Orange, Passion Fruit, Marshmallow, Vanilla and Milk Sugar!  It tastes like Sunday morning mimosas, tropical paradise, and thick pulpy orange juice! Orange juice for adults that is!
It's slammed with big fruit flavor yet remains highly drinkable and satisfying.

Skygazer / Fat Orange Cat Walk on Water....$6.99 / 16oz can

Walk on Water:
When it came to a collaboration sour with our friends at FOC, we knew it had to blend our individual sour series harmoniously. With Walk on Water, we essentially split our processes down the middle, each contributing what our sours do well and the end result is phenomenal. The artwork to bring these two sours into one was illustrated by none other than Leslie Herman.
Walk on Water - Masrhmallow, Banana, Strawberry, Passion Fruit, Mango and Pink Guava.

Aatma is a Hindi word meaning “Soul” or “Spirit” which we thought was an appropriate name for a Single Cask offering, as it reflects the soul of the whisky. It is non-chill filtered, and has no colour added. This will be a collector’s portfolio whisky. This seven year old whisky is rare. The climate for whisky aged in Bangalore, India equates to whisky from Scotland that is more than 3 times the actual age, so the taste profile is similar to a 21 year old or greater.

Whistlepig 18 Year Double Malt Rye 2nd Edition...$379.99
79% Rye 15% Malted Rye 6% Malted Barley

A long and patiently aged whiskey is only as good as the grain it’s born from. With our oldest expression to date, we’re tapping into the time-honored techniques of the farmer distillers who invented the category in America’s early days. To kick start fermentation they malted a small portion of their yearly harvest. This delicate heating process opens up the grain, allowing yeasts easier access to the sugars they’ll soon convert to alcohol. It also imbues the resulting spirit with floral and earthy tonalities. Our mash bill 79% rye, 15% malted rye and 6% malted barley creates a sipping experience that evolves on the palate from soft and supple to rich and savory. A thrilling encounter accentuated by 18 years of maturation in virgin oak.

Each annual edition of our Double Malt Rye is crowned with a bespoke glass topper, handmade in Vermont. Certified Kosher.
