Blackberry Farm Sorghum Saison...$16.99 / 750ml
This Spring the Blackberry Farm Brewery is releasing the next beer in our Native family of ales. The Native Series Sorghum Saison is a rustic Farmhouse Ale brewed with Muddy Pond Sorghum. It features delicate, grassy aromas with a subtly sweet, malty finish reminiscent of honey and papaya.

The Native Series ales feature a range of styles and flavors that share one extraordinary, communal component – native, wild yeasts harvested from across Blackberry Farm’s 4,200 protected acres at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains. These yeast strains have been carefully gathered and maintained for us by our friends at South Yeast Labs, and they reflect the micro-flora that are unique to our location in the mountains of East Tennessee.

The Sorghum Saison pairs beautifully with a bouillabaisse or a hearty pork cassoulet. Breathe in the soft notes of straw and hay and then enjoy a glass of this light-bodied and refreshing high gravity beer.

Blackberry Farm Fencline Farmhouse Ale...$15.99 / 750ml
Large portions of the floor-malted wheat give this refreshing Saison its creamy mouthfeel and hazy straw color.  Generously hopped with Hull Melon to give notes of strawberry and lime.

Blackberry Farm Series Brett Saison...$9.99 / 375ml
Blackberry Farm Brewery Wins 2016 Great American Beer Festival Award
The Blackberry Farm Brewery team was honored to win a Silver Medal at the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) recently for its Barrel Series Brett Saison in the category of Wood and Barrel Aged Beer.  The Brett Saison is a golden farmhouse ale fermented with brettanomyces and aged in French oak red wine barrels. “Our guys bring so much passion and dedication to their work every day, it's an honor to call them friends and teammates,” said Chief Fermentation Officer Roy Milner. “We started our barrel program one year ago, and Brett Saison was our very first release. To bring another Silver Medal home from such a respected gathering of industry peers is humbling to say the least.”This is the second year that the brewery has entered the festival and it is the second silver medal received. The GABF received 7,227 entries this year, nearly a thousand more than last year. The GABF is the premier U.S. beer festival and competition that brings together breweries and diverse beer enthusiasts. “It’s always wonderful being able to visit with friends while at GABF, and to have our young barrel program receive this recognition for its first release was truly exciting.” said Brewmaster Daniel Heisler. The Blackberry Farm Brewery was also honored this year with a Beer World Cup Gold Medal for its Classic Saison.
