Tome Fleur Verte Chevrefeuille
Amazing cheese that we have not seen in years. It is a very fresh goat cheese covered in a combination of herbs:  tarragon, savory, and thyme and pink peppercorns all pressed into the rind make for a gorgeous a cheese.  The fresness of the cheese and herbs make it a perfect spring time cheese. The herbs are edible and really add to the freshness of the chevre.

Try this with a nice Sauvignon Blanc -

2015 Chateau Landeraux Entre Deux Mers White Bordeaux...$12.99
Suggested Retail $18 from The Wine Enthusiast
Situated on the ridge in the center of Entre-deux-Mers that produces fine white wines, this vineyard has produced a wine that is rich and full. Apricot and ripe pear fruits have a perfumed touch along with almond and spice flavors. It could do with a few more months and will be best from 2017.
Rated 88/100 The Wine Enthusiast
The 2015 Chateau Landereau, from the Entre-Deux-Mers, is a blend of 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon, 20% Sauvignon Gris and 10% Muscadelle. It has a lively gooseberry and Granny Smith apple-scented bouquet, the palate simple, but clean and well balanced. It might lack a little complexity, but it feels harmonious and boasts commendable length, with a touch of spice right on the finish. This is worth checking out at this wallet-friendly price ($20). - The Wine Advocate
