This limited edition unpeated 12-year-old single malt whisky has been matured exclusively in the finest bourbon barrels before an eight-month finish in Palo Cortado sherry casks – a rare choice of wood almost as special as mermaids. The character is sweet and nutty with subtle maritime nuances, bracing Atlantic sea breeze notes on the nose, and a signature Glen Scotia saltiness on the palate.

Made from Ginja berries similar "Sour cherries" (Prunus Ceraseus)
Macerated liquid matured in oak average age of 4 years
Bottled with cherries inside
