• 4 grain (51% heirloom corn, 20% Rye, 20% Malted Barley, 9%wheat)
• 3 grain(60% heirloom corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley)

Finishing barrel – VDN (Vin de Naranja, southwest Spain region fortified white wine aged 1 year in this barrel with orange peels form orchards in that region). Put in Finishing barrel April 6, 2022

What is Vino de Naranja : For its production dried bitter orange slices are macerated with the base wine for at least 6 months.
