Switchgrass Spirits Double Cask Rye Whiskey
Collab with Third Wheel Brewing
This Double Casked rye whiskey was a special collaboration between Switchgrass Spirits and Third Wheel Brewing in St. Peter's, mo. We aged our sweet mashed rye for three years in our traditionally charred white oak barrels, and then transferred it to a stout cask from third wheel brewing. With a strong whiskey start and a velvety smooth finish, at 95 proof this unique hybrid is sure to please. St. Louis magazine's whiskey expert published a favorable review in his latest newsletter.
Each bottle is hand numbered and only 30 cases are available in stores!
