Exciting news! We are so thankful to Side Project!
We have not seen Merci since 2019!
Due to the pandemic we did not get a chance to help blend Merci on batch #5.
We are thankful to Side Project for bringing us a new installment of this amazing beer!
No limit (it is a smaller batch than previous ones, but we are not limiting it at this point)
(as a side, we will use Merci purchases in the BRC heavily towards the next Side Project release too)

Blended Missouri Wild Ale
Merci was blended for our friend Paul Hayden at The Wine and Cheese Place in St. Louis. We would like to say “Merci” for all his support of Side Project Brewing by releasing Blend #5, a blend of our Fuzzy Base, a Missouri Brettanomyces Blonde, and a puncheon of Oude Fermier.
For this 5th blend, we focused on more "youth" to incorporate a softer, milder palate which will lead to better life and length in the bottle. We want this beer to express Side Project and our blending characteristics for years to come as you enjoy it now or later.
