2023 Tablas Creek

2023 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Rouge...$25.99
There's a rustic edge to the nose of this 11-vineyard blend of 45% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre and 2% Counoise, starting with aromas of fennel and sage alongside cranberry fruit. The palate settles into a smoother display of wild berry and cherry, as chaparral spice pairs to the leathery texture.
Rated 93/100 The Wine Enthusiast

2023 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Paso Robles Blanc...$26.99
The nose shows layers of citrus, orange blossoms, jasmine and biscuits. The palate is medium-bodied with focused acidity and notes of cantaloupe, nectarines and red apples. Generous and giving, with a mineral core. A blend of 50% grenache blanc, 23% viognier, 10% roussanne, 8% marsanne, 8% vermentino, 1% bourboulenc.
Rated 93/100 James Suckling

2022 Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge

The new 2022 vintage!
2022 Chateau de Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge...$89.98
A textured, layered, precise red, showcasing aromas of cherries, raspberries, warm herbs, bay leaves and baking spices. It’s medium- to full-bodied with silty, beautifully melted tannins. So integrated. Lively and focused, with plenty of energy and verve complementing the ripe red fruit and dried herbs. Intense stream of spices in the long, flavorful finish. From organically grown grapes. Try after 2027.
Rated 97/100 James Suckling
Dark and inky in colour this year. It’s fresh in its berry fruits, really quite powerful, with muscular tannins and driving acidity behind. A dense, dark and brooding vintage of Beaucastel. The aromatic precision however is extremely impressive: elderberry, sloe and blackberry. It’s solid and will age well. Do not drink this young, as it will likely disappoint if opened too early. Grenache and Cinsault fermented in cement, Syrah and Mourvèdre fermented in foudres. Syrah and Counoise are whole bunch fermented.
Rated 96/100 Decanter
The 2022 Châteauneuf Du Pape is some serious Provençal goodness, with just about overflowing aromas and flavors of sweet raspberries, blackberries, peppery garrigue, and Provençal spices. It has the sunny, expressive, complex style of the vintage, medium to full-bodied richness, ripe tannins, and a great finish. As with most 2022s, it has plenty of upfront charm yet solid underlying tannins as well. It reminds me slightly of the 2009 and will have two decades of longevity.

High West BouRye Whiskey...$109.99
46% ABV
Batch: 24B20
All whiskeys in this carefully crafted blend are a minimum of 10 years old and sourced from multiple distilleries. See highwest.com for technical details and sourcing, that's not a secret. However, the proportions are! Bourye is best enjoyed around a campfire while looking at the Milky Way.
Legend has it, the only way to catch a glimpse of the cunning and elusive jackalope is to enjoy a glass of a truly incredible whiskey. That’s why we made Bourye®, a cross between bourbon whiskey and rye whiskey (Bourbon + Rye = Bourye) that—like the jackalope itself—is unique, mysterious, and gone in a flash. All whiskeys in this carefully crafted, limited-release blend are a minimum of ten years old. Overflowing with rich flavors of orange crème anglaise drizzled over dark chocolate ginger cake, with notes of espresso on the finish, Bourye® is sure to attract even the most discerning of jackalopes.

Company Distilling from Jeff Arnett

Company Distilling from Jeff Arnett
  • Master Distiller at Jack Daniels 2008 – 2020 - he was the #7 Master distiller at JD
  • Helped launch premium expressions like Sinatra Select, Single Barrel Rye, and Tennessee Honey.
  • Named Master Distiller of the Year in 2017.

What “new” innovations did Jeff Arnett bring to “make a whiskey he always wanted to make?”
During his time as Master Distiller, Jeff Arnett brought eight new products into Jack Daniel’s portfolio. One of those products was called the No 27 Gold, double-barreled and double mellowed using maple barrels and maple charcoal in addition to the original white oak barrel. Although the production process was slightly flawed in that maple barrels tended to leak excessively and were driving the product cost up, Jeff thought it was one of the better liquids they were making at the time if the process issues could be solved. Company Bourbon is produced using a modified process developed over several years, hoping to fix the No 27 Gold. Still, it has also opened up many possibilities to confidently replicate a double-barreling process using non-traditional barrel woods that offer a new range of character and flavors to explore. Because Company Distilling has several partners with industry experience, we have been able to steer this process utilizing our collective skills to perfect the finished product.

Company Distilling Rye Finished in Cherry Wood...$39.99
Tennessee Whiskey Finished with Apple Wood has aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, and golden raisins. The flavor is a subtle blend of sweet vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and plums, and a soft warm oak finish.  Mellowed through maple charcoal, matured in charred white oak, and finished with toasted apple wood, this finely aged spirit celebrates the whiskey-making heritage of our state. Through the Lincoln County Process, this recipe explores some of the diversity of fruit and hardwood trees in Tennessee.

The whiskey we always wanted to make. For years now, we’ve had this spirit in the back of our minds. Complex and smooth, column and pot stilled, our wheated bourbon opens with sweet notes of caramel and cinnamon toast paired with green apple and finishes with a silky blend of oak and maple. It’s the whiskey we always wanted to make. A spirit well worth gathering over.

On the palate, it’s a symphony of cracked coffee beans, dried tobacco, and sweet agave—layered, evolving, and ultimately harmonious. Sip it slow and savor every shift in flavor.

Why is Calle 23 so special?
Calle 23 stands apart in the world of tequila thanks to its meticulous production methods, highland agave sourcing, and the passionate vision of master distiller Sophie Decobecq. A French-born biochemist with a love for Mexican culture, Sophie brings a scientific precision and creative soul to every batch. Each expression—Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo—is handcrafted in small batches, showcasing balance, elegance, and authenticity. With its combination of modern technique and deep respect for tradition, Calle 23 has earned a loyal following among bartenders, aficionados, and agave purists worldwide.

Compass Box The Extinct Blends Quartet Metropolis....$299.99
No age statement, Blended Scotch Whisky 49% abv
For our third release in the Extinct Blends Quartet, we step into the throng of a striving city through the ages. Industriousness jostles up against elaborate architecture; people and provisions from diverse places mingle; commerce meets culture. Blended Scotch whisky began in the metropolis, with blending vats in Glasgow and Edinburgh producing bottles for urban jungles around the world.
Components are from the Bowmore, Aberlour, and Miltonduff distilleries along with blended malt and grain whisky parcels.
FLAVOUR PROFILE
Vanilla arrives first on the nose, followed by a medley of different honeys. Fudge, apricot and pineapple lead to fresh fig. A rich and very complex palate with sultana, apricot again and hints of smoky woodiness. A long and sweet finish, with a pleasing weight.

Compass Box The Extinct Blends Quartet Delos....$299.99
No age statement, Blended Scotch Whisky 49% abv
Reimagining Asyla – our own Extinct Blend
Our Extinct Blends Quartet takes inspiration from vanished characters and flavours, reappraising four very different expressions of blended Scotch, using some of our most precious parcels of whisky.
First created in 2001, Asyla was the ethereally beautiful cornerstone of our core range until its retirement in 2018. With Delos, we have focused on capturing Asyla's vibrancy and soothing sweetness, turning to older stocks to achieve this.
Components are from the Imperial, Glen Elgin, & Miltonduff malt distilleries along with Cameronbridge Single Grain distillery
FLAVOUR PROFILE
A sweet succulence that breaks upon the nose in soft waves: ripe pear, pineapple, orange oil and vanilla cream. A medley of fruit tarts and white chocolate soothe the palate, while the maturity of the component whiskies gradually builds to reveal guava, heather honey and chai spices. Limited Edition
"The Extinct Blends Quartet"

Compass Box Ultramarine Limited Edition Scotch...$339.99
Welcome to our flavour time machine
Bottles of Scotch whisky are time capsules. Even more than single malts, blends can reflect the production methods and philosophies that prevailed in Scotland during specific eras. Scotch is constantly evolving, and blends aggregate these trends and adaptations.
Fashions change, and formulae follow suit. Blended whiskies of the 1970s, '80s and '90s are very different to today’s versions, even when the brand name remains the same. The Extinct Blends Quartet reimagines four of our favourite blended Scotches from yesteryear, using some of our rarest and most idiosyncratic stocks of whisky.Bottled at 51% ABVNot Chill-FilteredNatural ColourLead Whiskymaker: James SaxonUltramarine takes as its inspiration the antique Sherry and pipe tobacco notes of a deluxe blended Scotch, first released in the late 1980s.
Powerfully flavoursome and impressively textural, the first release in the Extinct Blends Quartet relies on mature malts from the Caol Ila, Miltonduff, Glen Ord, Speyburn, and Glendullan distilleries; aged grains from the Cameronbridge and Girvan distilleries, as well as a medley of pre-blended stocks.

Artist Collaborations
As part of our ongoing support of Mexican culture, the Jose Cuervo family commissions a Mexico-based artist to design original artwork for the collector’s box each year.
The 2023 collector’s box is the latest edition of custom art, titled “Structuring a Landscape”, designed by Mexican artists Gabriel Cázares Salas and Rolando Flores Tovar of the Mexico-based Tercerunquinto Collective (translates into English roughly as “a third of a fifth”) founded in Monterrey, Mexico, in 1998.
The Tercerunquinto Collective were selected as this year’s artist collaborators due to their meticulous art process that involves heavy field research. To create this year’s box, the Collective first visited Tequila, Mexico – the birthplace of the iconic spirit and home to Jose Cuervo – to understand the most recognizable parts of the agave landscape.

De Garre Triple Ale

De Garre Triple Ale....$17.99 / 750ml
This is the house beer for the famous pub in Brugges under the same name, De Garre! The pub is well concealed down a long alley where only beer lovers in search of this gem can successfully find it. This Belgian triple packs a big punch at 11% ABV. For this reason the pub owner will only allow any one visitor to order three during a sitting at this historic pub.

This beer is brewed by Brouwerij Van Steenberge, famous for other big Belgian ales Piraat and Gulden Draak. The De Garre glass is as distinctive as the beer with a doorknob base and rounded chalice supporting such a big beer. De Garre is brewed using a traditional Belgian triple base with two times the amount of malt which allows the brewer to achieve the 11% ABV.
