Bluewood Brewing

Meet us in Saint Louis.
Cameron Lund and Grant Lodholz joined forces while still in college. These early days of homebrewing fostered a fledgling passion for craft beer, and provided a creative outlet for the young brewers. In 2015 they adopted the name "Bluewood Brewing" as a nod to the nicknames for their college homes: one called “Ol' Blue” and the other known as “Plywood" because this is where they found their love of the craft.
Their unique offerings and approach to the art of brewing helped establish their presence and products in the local brewing community. The pair earned a following and reputation with their unique artisan ales, pushing them to take their passion and create a professional production. By the end of 2016, the two combined their brewing knowledge and expertise with the efforts of Michael and Joseph Jones to form the "original four" and pursue a permanent home for Bluewood.
We found that home in the historic Lemp stables, and opened our doors to the public in September 2019. As the Bluewood team grows, we continue to push the limits of the art and science behind our beers.
