Alesong, our approach to brewing is patient and artistic. 100% of our beer is matured in barrels and then consciously blended to create a complex and unique beverage experience. Drawing inspiration from like-minded artisans across the globe, the goal is to create beers that are innovative and unique, yet approachable and balanced. And with flavors that range from tart and fruity to rich and malty, there's something for every palate.

We believe that beer is worthy of contemplation and reverence and hope to share that passion with you.

An ode to the Belgian brewing tradition of table beers, this grisette is crisp and sessionable, with rustic, earthy subtleties. A dry hop with New Zealand Motueka hops adds a zip of citrus and tropical fruit, and with just a hint of acidity, this refreshing ale elicits summery sensations, no matter the time of year.

A very Alesong take on the PNW’s favorite beer style! This brett-fermented saison blends 18-month-old barrels from our cellar with younger, foeder-matured beer brewed with copious amounts of El Dorado hop extract. A generous dry-hop with Azacca, El Dorado and Strata results in juicy, tropical flavors and aromas that meld perfectly with the complex yeast profile.

Alesong Raindrops On Roses Sour Ale...$15.99 / 375ml
...and boat rides in sunshine. Pink bubbles rising and long skinny kite strings. These are a few of our favorite things! This rosé-inspired farmhouse ale underwent a second fermentation on 2021 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir grapes and has notes of ripe cherries and delicate rose petals. Mild acidity intertwines with a soft berry sweetness.
