Side Project took there Vibes recipoe which is our Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, but barrel #1118 was aged in a Sherry Cask for 22 months which was used to finish Old Elk Bourbon Oloroso Sherry Butt. This was the perfect barrel, the richness, balance, complexity and length was amazing.
