We ferment this Hazy/Juicy West Coast IPA with neutral ale yeast to achieve a beer which allows hop expressions to shine bright and guide you straight to hop nirvana with no distortion from esters like NEIPAs do. We've left out the crystal malts so don't expect the sweeter resinous profile like many other OG West Coast IPAs and loaded this batch up with a generous dose of oats and raw wheat. We also adjusted our water profile slightly to partially emulate characteristics we appreciate NEIPAs lending to hop forward beers. Think east meets west... Strata, Motueka, and Mosaic Incognito lend over the top notes of stone fruits, strawberries, tropical fruits, and fresh cut grass.
