The Bruery

The Bruery So Happens It's Tuesday...$16.99

Our infamous Black Tuesday® stout is named in honor of the great stock market crash of 1929. So Happens It’s Tuesday is similarly dark and delicious, but in a more affable format, reminding us that there is always a bit of good to be found within the bad. Things happen, life goes on. This beer can be enjoyed in all of those moments and seasons.

The Bruery Midnight Autumn Maple...$9.99
The nights are getting darker and autumn is in its element. This variation of our fall seasonal brings both forces together for a limited time. Midnight Autumn Maple is a dark imperial ale brewed with midnight wheat, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, vanilla, maple syrup and a whole lot of yams.

The Bruery Share This: Mint Chip...$12.99
Share This is a series of beers that spotlights unique ingredients and important causes. This decadent imperial stout is inspired by mint chip flavors, recreated by adding spearmint leaves and cacao nibs to a rich base featuring chocolaty notes of its own. Share This: Mint Chip pairs perfectly with supporting Food Forward, who is chipping away at hunger relief across Southern California, reaching over 100,000 people a month with recovered fresh foods. For every bottle produced, we donate $1 to support Food Forward®, which donates fresh produce to hunger relief agencies across Southern California.

The Bruery Mash & Coconut...$18.99
This is our bourbon barrel-aged imperial brown ale, Mash, stretching to new levels. Mash & Coconut features nearly 400lbs. of toasted coconut per batch, which ratchets up the complex, native coconut character and complements the oaky and vanilla notes that are imparted to the beer as part of its extensive maturation in bourbon barrels.

The Bruery Terreux The Wanderer...$18.99
Beer has changed. We have changed. Our early experiments with fruited sours and blending have matured into a standalone brewery that focuses exclusively on sour and wild beers at Bruery Terreux. You could say the nomadic platypus now has a roof to linger under.
To achieve the ideal profile of The Wanderer, the majority of the blend features wine barrel-aged sour ale with blackberries and cherries. We then folded a small portion of our bourbon barrel-aged anniversary ale into it for additional layers of oak, vanilla and toffee, accentuating the dark fruit notes and delightfully sour tinge. Whether it’s a trip down memory lane or your first experience with these flavors, we hope you enjoy the journey.

The Bruery Bruery Terreux Frucht with Peaches...$9.99
Welcome to Frucht, our land of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from fermentation in one of our twin oak foeder vessels – the largest known to be fabricated in this country. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. Each installment in the series will feature a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has peaches added, which add a ripe, juicy sweet character to the already tart and racy beer.
