This Napa Cabernet Sauvignon reflects a traditional old-school approach to winemaking, where terroir is allowed to express itself and the art of the blend results in wines of balance and complexity. Joseph Carr and celebrated winemaker Aaron Pott work with small growers in the Napa Valley and Rutherford AVAs to assemble this cuvée, which offers richness, depth, and approachability.
The wine features aromas of fresh black cherry, tobacco, and vanilla. Full-bodied yet balanced with food-friendly acidity and tannin, the long finish highlights flavors of black plum and chocolate.

Aaron Pott and Joseph Carr leapt at the opportunity to work together in producing this bold Bordeaux-style Merlot. The grapes are sourced from select vineyards in Napa’s prestigious Carneros AVA. Aaron’s experience working in Bordeaux along with a shared philosophy of producing elegant and complex yet approachable and balanced wines is evident in this offering
The wine features aromas of black cherry, chocolate, mint, root beer, vanilla, cedar, and roast beef. On the palate, a soft attack of roast meat, cherry, chocolate pudding, and sage is highlighted by a medium body and food-friendly acidity, leading to a textured finish.

This Chardonnay is sourced from the moderately cool and foggy Carneros AVA, which spans the foothills of the Mayacamas and ensures excellent freshness and acidity. The wine undergoes barrel fermentation as well as sur lie aging in 20% new French oak, both of which contribute a creamy texture and complexity.
The bouquet is intensely aromatic and features notes of ripe peach and lemon. Flavors of toffee and almonds emerge on the palate, bolstered by lively acidity, a creamy mouthfeel, and a long finish.
