Raclette and Billy Goat Potato Chip “Nachos”

Perfect for Super Bowl Sunday!

Raclette and Billy Goat Potato Chip “Nachos”
Living in the day and age of re-invented classics and deconstructed dishes we bring to you Raclette Nachos, prefect your your Super Bowl Sunday or next wine tasting.


  • 1lb Bag Billy Goat Original Potato Chips   ***
  • ½ Pound Swiss Raclette (grated or small cubed)  ***
  • ½ Pound French Raclette (grated or small cubed)  ***
  • 4oz Cornichons Chopped Small For Garnish   ***
  • 1 Raisin River Duck Confit Shredded for Garnish or Chorizo  ***

Pre-Heat Oven to 300
Spread Potato Chips as evenly as possible on a rimmed baking sheet
Sprinkle Racelette over Chips
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts
Before cheese cools top with chopped cornichons and shredded confit toss once or twice to combine
Serve with your favorite bottle of Swiss Wine or Cold Beer
