Single Origin is an imperial stout collaboration project focused on single origin ingredients: natural process coffee, whole Madagascar vanilla beans, Tanzanian cacao nibs and a touch of blueberry to accentuate the fruity notes present in both the coffee and chocolate. For this year’s release, we aged Ethiopian beans from our friends at Sump in Withered Oak port finishing barrels before incorporating the coffee into the beer. | ABV: 10.5% Pair with: Grilled Meat, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Sharp Cheddar
