Oak Aged Missouri Farmhouse Ale
Bière du Pays is inspired by the classic Saisons from the country. An airy and fluffy malt bill is fermented with wild Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend. This refreshing and delicate farmhouse ale was aged in Missouri oak for several months before it was naturally conditioned in this bottle.
ABV: 4%

Foedre-aged Missouri Brett Pale
La Belle Fleur is the base of our Single Farm beers with Brettanomyces Claussenii and Brettanomyces Anomala and our house cultures. This expression was then refermented on Mangoes & Tangerines and then Dry-Hopped with Nelson.
