Bourbon is by definition American-made. The spirit can only be made in the United States and it can be made in any state, but the finest bourbon results from an ideal combination of climate and geology that is rare outside of Kentucky but is found in the rolling hills of Weston, Missouri.
This six-year-old, Bottled-in-Bond, Real Missouri Bourbon is crafted with the same mash bill that was developed by Ben Holladay in 1856. This whiskey represents the perfect union of distilling tradition and modern-day production.

This whiskey is a pot distilled rye that consists of 96% rye and 4% malted barley. We really wanted to showcase the rye and that is why we chose to make it a very dominant rye grain bill. We distilled this rye paying very close attention to the spice that we all know and love from rye whiskeys and made sure that what we put in the barrel had the aggressive spice we had hoped for. This whiskey was aged for 6 years in new, charred white oak barrels from Independent Stave in Lebanon, Missouri.

For our modern classic Vermouth Finish Rye, we’ve selected casks previously inhabited by Quady Winery’s Vya Sweet Vermouth to create an amazing double finish rye. The process takes our classic rye, already matured for at least six months, and ages for an additional three months in select vermouth barrels. The warm, balanced flavor of American vermouth coupled with our smooth, spicy rye delivers an exceptional nose with a distinctive taste and character all its own.
