2020 Loimer Lois Gruner Veltliner...$16.99 / 750ml
Bright yellow with green hues, spicy scent of dried herbs and yarrow, apple fruit increases with air; juicy and salty, piquant acidity with delicate melt, soybean sprouts, dried apple wedges with candied ginger, discreet aromas, compact body, complex with character.
2021 Trione Sauvignon Blanc...$21.99 / 750ml
The Vintage
‘Fast and furious’ is the term that comes to mind when describing the 2021 vintage. The lead up to harvest was near perfection as far as grape quality goes. The season started out cold then became mild with few heat spikes, but rather weeks of consistent warmth causing many varietals to ripen at the same time. The crop load across all varieties was slightly lighter than average which hastened ripening in all Sonoma County appellations. For most winemakers and grape growers, it was a welcomed trend back to normalcy. Trione’s harvest began the last week in August and finished the first week in October; six weeks in total. The fruit quality was clean and exceptional with great flavor. It was another vintage year here in Sonoma County’s wine country.
Winemaking
The Trione 2021 Sauvignon Blanc was made utilizing traditional methods of hand-harvesting and whole bunch pressing to ensure the highest quality juice. The South African yeast Alchemy II was used for the fermentation. This yeast strain imparts fresh gooseberry and grassiness to the wine that creates balance between the fresh fruit components on the palate and finish. If you close your eyes and sip, you may see visions of the Loire Valley or perhaps the Marlborough region of the South Island of New Zealand.
Tasting Notes
There is a key lime pie, citrusy note to the nose of the 2021 Trione Sauvignon Blanc. The aroma brings you in with an invitation to taste. The palate is crisp but silky with lingering hints of honeysuckle blossom, lemon meringue competing with a sandy salinity of a cool ocean breeze. This wine will pair with an endless number of seafood dishes as well as savory soft cheeses. Enjoy!
2020 The Pinot Project Rose...$11.99 / 750ml
Juicy white peach and fresh-picked raspberry. Finishes with a bright, zippy burst of acidity.
The Pinot Noir grapes for our Rosé come from the village of Vias, in the South of France, where twenty-plus-year-old vines are planted to rocky, volcanic soils. Upon harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, and the juice remains on the skins just long enough to give the wine a pale pink hue. The Rosé is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its mineral core and juicy freshness.

Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with Top Note Classic Tonic Water

Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka...$29.99 / 750ml
At 80 proof, our smooth, creamy, award-winning Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka is the flagship product of our distillery as well as the base spirit used in most of our ready-to-serve cocktails.
The signature taste of our Potato Vodka is achieved by using champagne yeast to coax the sweetness from locally sourced Pennsylvania potatoes. Sure, grains and corn are more commonly used, but we’ve found that potatoes make for a creamier, more pleasant mouth feel.
Quality control isn’t something that can be automated, which is why we rely solely on the instincts and experience of our Master Distiller as a means of determining when the distillation process is complete. In other words: we taste-test.

Top Note Classic Tonic Water...$7.49 / 4pk 8.5fl oz bottles
FLAVORS: LIME PEEL, SLIGHT BITTER, BALANCED SWEETNESS
All natural bitters and top notes of lime zest make this the perfect pairing for gin and vodka. Made with real cane sugar and fewer calories than commercial tonics, Top Note Classic makes for a great gift for the tonic aficionado in your life. A true treat for the V&T or G&T fan.

Sheringham Kazuki Gin with Top Note Grapefruit Soda

Sheringham Kazuki Gin...$38.99 / 750ml
Kazuki Gin was born out of love of both Eastern and Western botanicals and gin making techniques.
Alayne fell in love with Cherry Blossoms while living in Asia and Jason became intrigued with Yuzu as a professional chef. KAZU, meaning “harmony”, is the blending and respect for both East and West cultures. KI means “radiance” and is an ode to the radiant flavours of the botanicals as they dance on your palette. Cherry blossom petals and yuzu peel were imported from Japan. From Westholme Tea Farm we procured green tea leaves and flowers. Expect dynamic flavours from start to finish with the unique essence the Kazuki provides.
Top Note Grapefruit Soda...$7.49 / 4pk 8.5fl oz bottles
FLAVORS: TART, GRAPEFRUIT PEEL, SLIGHTLY SWEET
Made with real ruby red grapefruit juice and peel plus a ton of carbonation, Top Note Sparkling Grapefruit Soda tastes like sipping on a grapefruit shell sprinkled with sugar. Simple, clean, and delicious, it tastes great in a Paloma or as a stand-in for commercial sour mixes and sodas.
