Imperial Stout with pretzels, chocolate sauce, caramel and peanuts
Take 10 is a collaboration with Churchkey, originally brewed for their 10th Anniversary. Brewed with pretzels, and a touch of sea salt on the tail end. We added Caramel and chocolate during fermentation, then steeped it on a fairly reasonable amount of whole roasted Virginia peanuts. Roasted peanuts give a lush aroma, with a balance of peanut, caramel, and salt on the palate. 11.5%
