Since prohibition, no whiskey has been entirely distilled, barreled, matured and bottled in Memphis. Until now, that is.

Huling Station Straight Wheat Whiskey "Gray Label"....$34.99
Compare to $43.99 at Total Wine and More

90 Proof
More than 150 years after the big, bold whiskeys of 1866 Memphis, we went above and beyond the required mash bill for wheat whiskeys to develop a sweet, soft whiskey that boasts 83 percent wheat. With a lighter, more delicate profile and a lower proof than our pre-Prohibition style bourbon, Huling Station Straight Wheat Whiskey is the perfect approachable introduction to the whiskey world. Huling Station Straight Wheat Whiskey opens with a light, sweet honey and a delicate grassy indication on the nose. The palate carries a hay-forward lightness with hints of the same pale honey featured in the nose, bookended by a surprising flash of smoked oak before settling into a medium, lightly-sweet finish.

Huling Station Blend of Straight Whiskeys "Blue Label"....$39.99
Compare to $43.99 at Total Wine and More

We took the sweet softness of our Huling Station Straight Wheat Whiskey, and blended it with the bold warmth and complexity of our high-rye Huling Station Straight Bourbon to create a perfect harmony between the spicy whiskeys characteristic of the pre-prohibition age and the sweeter drams favored by many modern whiskey lovers.

Dogfish Head Worldwide Stout

Dogfish Head Worldwide Stout....$8.99 / 12oz bottle
Dogfish Head Worldwide Stout....$33.99 / 4pk

This year is 15.5% ABV
Yes, this is the beer you've heard so much about!
Brewed with a ridiculous amount of barley, World Wide Stout is dark, roasty and complex. This Ageable Ale clocks in at 15-20% ABV and has a depth more in line with a fine port than with a can of cheap, mass-marketed beer.

World Wide debuted in the winter of 1999, and the staying power of this brew is undeniable. Like Fort and 120 Minute IPA, World Wide Stout only gets better with age. After some time in your beer cellar, the heat of the booze fades into the background and the port notes and roastiness take over.

World Wide goes great with (or as!) dessert. Share one with someone you love.

Wilderness Trail

Wilderness Trail Sweet Mash Whiskey!
Wilderness Trail is at the vanguard of Kentucky’s sweet mash bourbon revival and that’s thanks to how the distillery came to be founded.

Wilderness Trail "Yellow" Wheated Bourbon Bottled in Bond...$49.99
Compare to $56.99 at Total Wine and More
Sweet Mash
Our high in small grain WHEATED Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are offered as a Small Batch – Bottled in Bond. The Small Batch selection offers nuances only premium cooper select barrels can create using 18-month-old air-dried staves. After all, the barrels impart a large part of the flavor. What is a Small Batch? At Wilderness Trail, it’s 18 barrels per batch, which was the result of one fermenter.  In addition, the Bottled in Bond gives you assurance the Bourbon was properly distilled, aged between 5-6 years and bottled by us under the supervision of the U.S. Government at 100 proof.
What is the mashbill?
Our Bottled in Bond release mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent wheat and 12 percent malted barley using our yeast strains. This is one of the highest ratios of wheat used in a Bourbon made in Kentucky. We entered the cooper select, #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof. All of our whiskeys are aged and matured on our 168-acre campus inside any one of our rickhouses.

Wilderness Trail "Black" High Rye Bourbon Bottled in Bond...$49.99
Compare to $59.99 at Total Wine and More
Sweet Mash
Our High Rye small grain Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskeys are offered as a Small Batch Bottled in Bond, up to 18 barrels per batch, which was the result of one fermenter. The goal of the Small Batch is to capture the total essence of more complex notes from multiple barrels from distillate of the same fermenter.
What is the mashbill?
Our Small Batch release mash bill is 64 percent corn, 24 percent rye and 12 percent malted barley using our yeast strains. We entered the cooper select, toasted and #4 char barrel at 110 proof after coming off the still around 137 proof. All of our whiskeys are aged and matured on our 168-acre campus inside any one of our six rickhouses. We have more than 100,000 barrels aging onsite.

Wilderness Trail Rye Whiskey Bottled in Bond...$49.99
Sweet Mash
Our Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskeys are offered as Small Batch, Bottled in Bond. Once our traditional sweet mash process is distilled in our column stills, we enter the barrel at the lowest entry proof we know of in Kentucky. We barrel at 100 proof and 105 proof to highlight the balance of the distillate and alternate solubility expression we get from the barrel at a lower proof.
Our three-grain recipe is 56 percent rye, 33 percent corn and 11 percent malted barley. Our rye mash bill is one we created for a broader balance of flavor to offset the typical high ryes commonly found. We use Kentucky-grown Heritage rye from our local KY Proud farm. We enter the new, air-dried #4 char, 53-gallon barrels at 100 proof and 105 proof for our Rye Whiskey and age until maturity in our barrelhouse. We age our Rye Whiskeys on the upper floors of our rickhouses for a minimum of 4 years with regular expressions expected to be between 6 and 8 years of age.

Back in stock!!
Surly Abrasive Double IPA...$14.99 / 4pk 16oz cans
We originally brewed this beer at the end of 2008 to bid farewell to growler sales, only to underestimate the demand for the first double IPA in Minnesota. We brewed the beer again in spring 2009 and the rest is IPA history. Also history: 16 Grit, the beer’s first handle and a size of abrasive grit used at the old abrasives factory that houses the original Surly mothership in Brooklyn Center.

Surly Brewing Winterize Winter Lager...$17.99 / 12pk 12oz cans
WINTER LAGER | 6% ABV
Surly Winterize Winter Lager celebrates the season as only a Minnesota brewery can. From the beauty of the first snowfall to the mountain of April parking lot sludge, Winterize’s full flavor and satisfying finish will help you hunker down and get through.

Surly One Man Mosh Pit...$9.99 / 6pk 12oz cans
An absurd dose of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic dry-hopping hoists this IPA above the fray. Juicy and hazy, it’s the perfect soundtrack to the music in your head. Running in a circle and shoving yourself optional.

Surly Logic Bomb Juicy Pale Ale...$8.99 / 6pk 12oz cans
You CAN handle the truth: An approachable pale ale can also burst with juicy hop flavor. Start making sense with Logic Bomb.

Surly Furious IPA...$9.99 / 6pk 12oz cans
Surly is called “Surly” due to our inability to find a good beer in town. Furious is one of the first beers we brewed to rectify that situation. The rest is history.
People ask us to describe Furious all the time. It’s not quite like any other IPA out there. We give them the flavor notes and the hop profile, but it never seems like it’s enough. What makes Furious Furious? Let’s try this: You know that feeling when you do something that pushes you to your absolute limit? And people think you’re a little off your nut for even doing it? And you kind of agree with them, but goddammit, it’s getting done? And then you fucking DO IT? And there’s no one there to see it but you and the dog so you high-five the dog?

Surly Axe Man DDH IPA...$14.99 / 4pk 16oz cans
Double dry-hopping with Citra and Mosaic hops creates this world-renowned IPA’s intense tropical fruit and citrus aromas. Brewed with Golden Promise malt, this beer finishes rich and dry. First brewed in collaboration with Amager Brewery in Denmark.

Surly Before I Die Lager...$8.99 / 6pk 12oz cans
BREWED FOR NATE WRIGHT
Crisp and crushable, Before I Die lager centers an approachable balance of hops and malt. It’s the beer you’ve been waiting for your whole life.

Surly Selects Variety Pack...$19.99 / 12pk 12oz cans
Surly’s new year-round variety pack finds meaning in Chaos and Logic. If it results in a Mosh Pit, we wouldn’t be Furious about it.
Surly Selects centers some of our heaviest, hoppiest hitters. We’re taking four of our flagships and filing them all in one box full of flavorful fulfillment. Simply put, Surly Selects stands out.
Your selections:
  • Furious—the beer that built Surly. Aggressively hopped and citrusy with a caramel malt backbone, it’s unlike any other IPA out there. It’s Furious.
  • Logic Bomb—the most popular new Minnesota craft beer of 2022, this approachable pale ale bursts with juicy hop flavor.
  • Controlled Chaos—double dry-hopped and heaving with a cacophony of citrusy flavor, this West Coast-style IPA finishes dry with just a touch of bitterness, just like the music that inspired it.
  • One Man Mosh Pit–An absurd dose of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic dry-hopping hoists this IPA above the fray. Juicy and hazy, it’s the perfect soundtrack to the music in your head.
