Tyrconnell 16 Year Old Irish Single Malt

Tyrconnell 16 Year Old Irish Single Malt...$86.99
The Tyrconnell 16 Year Old is the highly anticipated limited release expression that builds on the legacy of the original incarnation of The Tyrconnell. This is the result of sixteen years spent in bourbon barrels, and the first general release of an aged expression of this magnitude. The nose evokes citrus with underlying notes of oak, then the palate reveals a light and approachable taste with green fruits. The finale is subtly sweet with notes of oak and a smooth lingering finish

Ace Space Blood Orange Cider

Ace SPACE Bloody Orange Craft Cider...$9.99 / 6pk
“Longtime ACE fans may know that my wife Angela was in the cantina scene of the original Star Wars movie. She
and a friend were the cast as the Tonnika Sisters. Angela was Brea Tonnika, a beautiful hookah-pipe-smoking siren and a spy in the bar. We’ve put her picture on the neck label of our new brand, SPACE.

We researched our fan base and learned they want Blood Orange, so SPACE Bloody Orange it is. Released in fall 2015, this limited release variety is sold in 22-ounce clear bottles and kegs. Pure, unfiltered blood orange puree gives SPACE a beautiful orange hue and tart citrus finish at 6.9% ABV. Angela enjoys SPACE like a cocktail in a fluted glass and has pronounced it her current favorite. SPACE Bloody Orange is out of this world!”

Muddy Arch Roussanne

In stock now at our Rock Hill location....

Leonard Wine Company, a Napa, CA based winemaking family originally from St. Louis, MO, presents Muddy Arch Roussanne, California; a rare and voluptuous white wine.

2016 Muddy Arch Roussanne...$19.99
True to the exotic varietal, the sensory on this Roussanne is littered with talent. Aromatically, slate fuses with orange notes of tangelo, fresh apricot, and cantaloupe while yellow apple drips in beeswax. A dusting of cardamom and black pepper caresses the sultry bouquet. A mid-palate framed by high viscosity, volume, and chewiness bear hugs tasty Bosc pear flesh and light honey flavors. Acidic and lengthy, the succulent finish carries strong notes of savory herbs, wild thistle, and lime harvested in its prime.

Gundlach Bundschu Estate

Estate grown, produced and bottled on the Rhinefarm Estate Vineyard ...aged 10 months in 40% new French oak. · Moderate reddish purple color in the glass. Very fresh aromas of red berries and red cherries with a hint of grassy meadow in the background. Palate-saturating flavors of black cherry, black raspberry and ripe strawberry on entry, finding every nook and cranny in the mouth, and ending with some suavity and length. Annual Bourbon Barrel Series

Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Stout
16.0% ABV
Our very own Parker, of the cartoon and cat loving variety, created this cult classic character back in our 17th season. Appearing in several episodes under another stage name that was deemed inappropriate, our executive producers and editors decided that a name change and further character development— a 4-month hiatus in Bourbon barrels—were necessary to satisfy our most ardent and demanding viewers.

Hahn Pinot Noir "SLH" Santa Lucia Highlands

2014 Hahn Pinot Noir "SLH" Santa Lucia Highlands....$25.99
A smokin' effort, as well as a terrific value, the 2014 Pinot Noir Hahn SLH (mostly from the Smith Vineyard) offers classic notes of forest floor, toasted spice, licorice and tons of Pinot Noir fruit in its medium-bodied, textured and layered profile. At 30 bucks, I'm hard pressed to come up with a better value in Pinot Noir. Drink this pleasure bent beauty over the coming 4-5 years.

Franciscan Estate Chardonnay Napa Valley

2015 Franciscan Estate Chardonnay Napa Valley....$8.48
Next lowest price on Wine-Searcher is $11.97
Rich with bright fruit. Minerals and cream with honeyed pear-apple. Bright and vibrant palate shows rich flavors evoking apple galette, honey, and creamy vanilla bean. Full and round with a rich mouthfeel and a long finish of Asian pear with toasty oak notes. 100% Chardonnay

With Chardonnay, Franciscan Estate looks for the sort of richness and opulence that malolactic fermentation and sur lie aging in oak barrels bring. They help to deliver that delicious, creamy complexity for which Franciscan Estate Chardonnay is known. But Chardonnay also needs a foundation, a structure, for all that richness and fruit. Minerality is essential. So, we turn to cooler vineyards in southern Napa Valley, particularly the Carneros District, where the soil is dense clay. The result is grapes that offer impressive structure and mineral flair. —Janet Myers, Winemaker

Returning Lagunitas seasonals

One of the best values in Barleywine!

Lagunitas GnarleyWine...$3.59 / 22oz
10.9% ABV
Making a Mondo Ultra Mega Super Premium Barleywine Ale is a little like having a kid. The first part is fun and messy, it takes a while to ferment, and then a whole longer to mature. It is expensive and takes up a lot of space. You worry about how it'll grow up and whether or not you'll still be friends. Eventually it stays out all night and comes home with it's skirt on backwards. You know how it is. Usually we package our ales within 15 days of brewing. This one we aged in tanks for over a month. Why not buy three-? Drink one now, keep one in the 'fridge for a month, and one for another year! Yummy. . .

Lagunitas Undercover Shut Down Ale...$9.99 / 6pk
From the first day of the first congress at the moment of the passage of the first law, we became weaker. The extra-large B. Franklin said it well that you can tell the strength of a society by the paucity of the pages in its' book of laws. Today we are all surrounded by laws - Tax law, civil law, criminal law, Statutes, and Bills. Laws that make large and small criminals of us all. And sometimes just doin' something that you like to do that hurts no one is also criminal, or at least strongly discouraged. Seems we can't be trusted to live well and safely on our own. On our own we would all probably descend quickly into mayhem, cannibalism, and ultimately shoplifting and jaywalking. If only we all could be trusted. It is good to have such wise fathers looking out for us...Isn't it...? Whatever.

Lagunitas Wilco Tango Foxtrot "WTF"....$3.59 22 oz
A big Ol' Imperial Brown Ale to help you with your slipperly slide on into springtime. Rich, smooth, dangerous & chocolatey.
"In the murky realm of things that make you go "Hmmm..." 2010 should rank way, way up there. From the curious per curiam decision of 531 U.S. 98 in 2000, to WTC7, to the House of Lehman, to the Nobel President's Afghan Expedition escalation, to the oxymoronic Jobless Recovery of 2010; we have been confused. So, we did the only thing we could, we made beer and lots of it. 5,643,420 cases of it to be exact. And as far as we know, you drank all of it. Thank you for that, because if you had not, we would have been looking for a bailout of our own, and we haven't heard about any breweries either needing or receiving any of those spicy Yuan TARP dollars....although we have rad that the Las Vegas adult video industry did. Nobdoy knows why. So, in a wolrd that is once again the proverbial "Ball of Confusion", craft beer alone seems to carry its own weight. It's nice to be on the winning team and thank you for your patronage and imbibiliciousness."

Lagunitas Nightime Fear the Dark Ale...$3.59 / 22oz

8.5% ABV
There are two kinds. There is the DayTime kind, which is bright and welcoming and then there is the NightTime kind, which should never be confused with the DayTime. NightTime is dark and deep and may take you to unexpected places, places that the DayTime cannot. But then, the NightTime is not suited for ordinary life and ordinary tasks. In fact, NightTime may be the answer for that sort of thing, meaning that those sorts of things may never get done. Things take time in the NightTime, things slow down and you can puase (you have to, actually) and investigate carefully to find that level of objective detachment that is only possible under the spell of the NightTime. Seek the Day, but fear not the Night.

2017 Deschutes The Abyss...$14.99 / 22oz
A deep, dark Imperial Stout, The Abyss has almost immeasurable depth and complexity. Hints of molasses, licorice and other alluring flavors make it something not just to quaff, but contemplate.

As for the great “drink it now or let it age” debate, we stand clearly on the fence. Distinct and delicious on release, the flavors meld and fuse into an entirely different pleasure after a year or more in the cellar.

2015 Caymus Scores Big!!

2015 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon...$73.99

Compare to $79.99 at Total Wine and More in St. Louis
Deep purple-black in color, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon springs from the glass with lifted crème de cassis, violets and chocolate box notes plus hints of lilacs, raspberry leaves, anise and cardamom. The perfumed black fruit preserves and chocolate-laced notes completely pack the full-bodied palate, with soft, velvety tannins and just enough freshness, finishing very long and very spicy. Definitely one for hedonists seeking immediate gratification.

Green Flash CaCow Milk Stout
"Originally dreamed up by Green Flash’s“Virginia Beach employees as a part of [their] Genius Lab pilot brewing program”, CaCow Milk Stout is headed for the big time now that it has been green-lit for nationwide release. This is not at all surprising when you consider the fact that this delectable, full-bodied Milk Stout “was inspired by the flavors of chocolate milk, with lactose added to provide its creamy consistency.” Weighing in at 6.3% ABV, the “luscious and limited” CaCow Milk Stout “offers chocolate sweetness, balanced by bold coffee notes.” - Mashing In

2017 Midleton Very Rare just arrived

New 2017 vintage
2017 Midleton Very Rare Irish Whiskey....$199.99
Just two Master Distillers have had the privilege of preserving the legacy of the world’s most sought-after Irish Whiskey. Created in 1984 by Master Distiller Emeritus Barry Crockett, Midleton Very Rare is the ultimate expression of his art and expertise. Once a year, Master Distiller, Brian Nation honours Barry’s vision by handpicking the finest and rarest whiskeys available and carefully blends them to create each annual vintage of Midleton Very Rare.Only a select number of casks are deemed of sufficient excellence and rarity to bear the Midleton Very Rare name, making this The Pinnacle of Irish Whiskey.

The story of Midleton Very Rare begins with unquestionable vision. At a time when all other distilleries were reluctant to take risks, Master Distiller Barry Crockett took it upon himself to create the award- winning flagship blend from the Midleton Distillery.

Midleton Very Rare changed the idea of what Irish whiskey had become. It wasn’t mass market, but a limited and highly distinguished liquid. It was in fact the first premium blended whiskey produced before any Scottish distillery had even begun to think about it.

2014 Lago Douro Valley Red...$8.99

Lago Tinto presents a beautiful ruby color. In the aroma reveals ripe fruit with a slight note of the well integrated wood conferring complexity and elegance.
Full bodied in the mouth with soft and warming tannins that result in a fresh and persistent finish.

'Breca' Garnacha Old Vines

2013 Bodegas Breca 'Breca' Garnacha Old Vines...$15.99
(made from the property's oldest vines, which were planted between 1925 and 1945): Vivid ruby. Sexy, mineral-laced aromas of fresh red berries, candied flowers and Asian spices, with a hint of cola in the background. Sweet, concentrated and seamless, offering intense raspberry and cherry compote flavors and a touch of vanilla. Clings with impressive authority on the finish, which features supple tannins and lingering floral character. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, then went through malolactic fermentation and 21 months of aging in used French oak barriques. Yields here were reportedly less than a ton per acre in this vintage.
Rated 91/100 Vinous MediaThe top wine, and a real winner, is the 2013 Breca, which is aged in three-year-old French oak for 21 months prior to being bottled unfiltered. Loads of flinty mineral characteristics are present in the aromatics. The wine offers black cherry, black raspberry notes and licorice, followed by pure, medium to full-bodied ripe fruit, good acidity and a surprisingly long finish. This is another killer value. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.

Great Zinfandel Value

2013 Alexander Valley Temptation Zinfandel...$8.99
Despite the generic California appellation on the label, 65 percent of the grapes here come from Alexander Valley, the remainder from Suisun and Dry Creek valleys (the zin is blended with a bit of petite, grenache and syrah). This is as clean and red-fruited as its garnet hue would suggest. Alcohol gives it a fiery edge, but its warmth is zesty, not jammy. It’s an honest, indelibly Californian red. Top 100 Value Wine.
