Sweet and Spicy Maple Glazed Pecans
I’m not saying you need to have these ready made all the time but it might not be a bad idea. Perfect for snacking or adding to any salad for a bit of crunch and flavor.
- Butter (for the pan) ***
- 1 pound unsalted pecans ***
- 3 Tbs melted butter ***
- 1/4 cup Sweet Sophie Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup ***
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt ***
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation:Set the oven at 375. Lightly butter a rimmed baking dish. In a bowl, toss the pecans with the melted butter, maple syrup, sugar, salt, and cayenne. Transfer the nuts to the baking sheet. Bake, tossing often, for 10-12 minutes, until browned and fragrant. Cool on the baking sheet.
