Limited release....
Perennial Artisan Ales Violet...$11.99 / 750ml
"Violet is a Belgian-Style tripel brewed with pluots, a fruit that is a cross between a plum and an apricot.  Although Perennial likes to use local produce, for this beer and exception was made, as pluots provide a distinctive flavor both refreshing and complex.  The beer's light to medium body disguises the ABV and allows you to explore the marriage between the pluots and hops.  Violet's fruiter notes are quelled with a dry finish that lends itself nicely to light summer dishes." - Perennial

Goslings Dark n Stormy in a can

Goslings Dark 'n Stormy....$9.99 / 4pk cans
9% ABV
Here’s a one-of-a-kind combination: The delicious taste of our wildly popular Dark ‘n Stormy® cocktail in the trendy, convenient 8.4 oz. (250ml) can, ready to drink.

i.e. Gosling's Black Seal Rum and Gosling's Stormy Ginger Beer in a perfectly carbonated, 9% alcohol drink that’s 100% popular. And 0% malt-based!
Plus, it’s the authentic Dark 'n Stormy cocktail so there’s zero compromise in taste. It's the genuine article with no mixing, no ice required.  Pop open a cold one for an instant party. No glass, no ice; just fast, frigid and flavourful.  The Dark ‘n Stormy had its start in the highly successful ginger beer factory run as a subsidiary to the Royal Naval Officer's Club. It wasn't long before it was discovered that a splash of the local Black Seal Rum was just what the piquant ginger beer was missing.  The name is said to have originated when an old sailor, holding aloft the thunderhead in a glass, observed that the drink was the "colour of a cloud only a fool or a dead man would sail under". Probably followed by, "Barman, I'll have another – Dark 'n Stormy".

Kilchoman Machir Bay - new release!!!!

Kilchoman Machir Bay Single Malt Scotch...$49.99
Uniquely Islay
"Kilchoman is delighted to announce the release of Machir Bay, the first general release from the distillery. It will be available throughout 2012 and is a vatting of 3, 4 and 5 year old, matured in fresh bourbon barrels and finished in oloroso sherry butts for 8 weeks.

Anthony Wills, Manging Director, commented, 'Machir Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches on Islay, is close to the distillery and will give continuity of supply to our customers around the world. Each year we will add more mature malt to the vatting.'

Info about Kilchoman
Kilchoman is the first distillery to be established on Islay in over 124 years. The distillery was built in 2005, with the first run of new spirit comming off the stills later that year.

Kilchoman is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland with an annual production of approximatley 100,000 litres of alcohol.

Kilchoman is one of only six distilleries to carry out traditional floor maltings, but the key difference at Kilchoman is that the barley is grown here on the farm, whereas other distilleries purchase barley from around the country.

Redemption

Redemption Rye
Classic Straight American Rye Whiskey

We start with a mash-bill of 95% premium rye and age it for over two years in new charred oak barrels. Once properly aged we bottle it at a bold 92 proof - perfect to stand up on its own in any cocktail or by itself in your favorite glass.

Redemption High-Rye Bourbon...$21.99
Straight American Bourbon Whiskey

We think you can never have too much rye, so our High-Rye Bourbon mash-bill approaches the upper limit of allowable rye grain in a bourbon mash-bill. Bottled at 92 proof the dry spiciness of the rye balances the sweetness of the corn for a really wonderful sipping experience on its own or in classic cocktail recipes.
38.2% Premium Rye
1.8% Barley Malt
60% Corn

Redemption Rye Process
The U.S. Government Standards require "rye whiskey" to be made from a mash of at least 51% rye grain. For Redemption Rye we use a mash of 95% premium rye grain for a spicy and bold flavor and we use premium rye, which costs more but is well worth it, because when you use good ingredients you get good rye whiskey.

The U.S. Government Standards also require that rye whiskey be aged in "new charred oak barrels" which means that new oak barrels are burned on the inside, and it's from the charred wood and the expansion and contraction of the whiskey in and through the wood of the barrel through the seasons that whiskey gets its amber color and the flavor is smoothed. The standards do not specify a minimum time the rye whiskey needs to stay in the barrel, but once it has been in the barrel for 2 years it earns the designation of "straight" rye whiskey. Redemption Rye is aged for over 2 years.

We bottle in small batches which allows us to leave the whiskey in the barrels longer for the most flavor and color. We empty the barrels and filter for particles, cut it down to 92 proof and bottle it immediately so that the most flavor from the barrel makes it into the bottle. We then mark each bottle with the batch and bottle number by hand.

Then the bottles are packed into cases and shipped around to the country, and that's the Redemption Rye process! So enjoy this fine rye responsibly and share our pride in this great American Spirit.

Crown Valley Gunslinger Double IPA

In bottles and in stock
From Missouri

Crown Valley Gunslinger Double IPA...$10.49 / 6pk
8.3% ABV
History:  Double IPA brewed in 1994 by Vinnie Cilurzo, then head brewer of Blind Pig Brewing Company of Temecula, Californi. Cilurzo claims he "accidentally" created the style by adding 50% too much malt to his mash tun. He then "corrected" this mistake by adding 100% more hops. This is up for some debate, however, as the local San Diego Pizza Port brewery claims to have been brewing "the original San Diego IPA" since 1992 when they opened their brewery (two years before Cilurzo and Blind Pig). Still others attribute the creation of this style to Rogue Ales, a microbrewery in Newport, Oregon, and its I2PA beer, brewed in 1990.
Impression:  This beer has the most hops of any beer we produce.
Tasting Notes:  Our Gunslinger Double India Pale Ale starts with a rich malt base to which we add hops, hops and more hops. This skillful blend of malt sweetness and aggressive hoppiness will rule your senses! After the addition of Columbus, simcoe, centennial and citra hops at various points of the brewing process, we reach the final IBU count of 93.
Hops - Zeus, Centenial, Falconers Flight, Citra
Malts - Pilsner, Crystal10, Crystal 80, Carapils, Pale, CBW Golden Light
IBU - 93

LOST ABBEY!!!! Lips of Faith....

Some are bottles left at the stores....(no longer online)

Lost Abbey and New Belgium Lips of Faith...$7.19 / 22oz
Brett Beer
"The best part of collaboration is discovering mutual passions.  With Lost Abbey it was the wild yeast strain brettanomyces.  Using Belgian inspiration, we fermented the bier with brettanomyces to bring out tropical fruit notes, crisp haziness and bright flavor.  A tough of fruity sorachi ace hops pleases the palette and entices frequent sips." -- label
