Stone Woot Stout

Stone Woot Stout....$15.99 / 6pks

This barrel-aged palate-saver has been a favorite among our fans—and us—since its inception in 2013. Pecans, wheat, flaked rye and bourbon-soaked barrels provide this whopping, complex superhero version of an imperial stout with a profound complexity that makes it ideal for cellaring—if you can wait that long. Now, we can’t say this beer bestows jedi powers, exactly, but your taste buds may just be fooled into believing as much. A special thanks to Amanda Conner, who illustrated this year's label to support The Hero Initiative.

The newest member of the Tuck Beckstoffer portfolio, the Dancing Hares estate and winery was purchased in early 2016 by Tuck and Boo with a commitment to taking the wines to an even higher level under the winemaking direction of Philippe Melka and Michel Rolland. Tuck will continue to release this Bordeaux blend from the estate as well as its second label, the Mad Hatter. Both wines focus on blending Bordeaux varietals into the perfect combination of power and elegance.

Chateau Arton Armagnac

Chateau Arton Armagnac
Much less well known that it's cousin to the North, Cognac, Armagnac is a wonderfully full flavored French Brandy that is rightfully growing in popularity. From France's Gascony region Armagnac is a French Brady distilled primarily from the Ugni Blanc Grape variety. While Cognac goes through a double distillation process, Armagnac is distilled only once, leaving it with a more robust and full-bodied flavor profile. These two Armagnac from Chateau Arton should not be missed.

Chateau Arton La Reserve Armagnac....$65.99
From the supposedly “less prestigious” Haut-Armagnac, Château Arton “La Reserve,” is distilled from 80% Ugni Blanc and 20% Colombard, and blended from brandies ranging four to 11 years old. Pretty, with aromas of fresh flowers and chamomile tea, and high-toned on the palate, with delicate pear and marmalade flavors. It’s a unique contrast to the characteristic boldness of Bas-Armagnac and Ténarèze. (Haut-Armagnac, 45% abv.)

2007 Chateau Arton Armagnac....$124.99
While this vintage has not been rated the
2006 was rated 97/100 by Vinous and the 2007 is a worthy follow up to the fantastic 2006.
This luminous and limpid, amber coloured eau de vie exudes wonderful aromas of prunes and vanilla. Notes of dried camomile, pear and spices dominate in the mouth with a slight hint of menthol to add a pleasantly refreshing touch to the ensemble.

El Silencio Mezcal Espadin

El Silencio Mezcal Espadin...$35.99

Oaxaca is one of few Mexican states which is characterized by the continuance of its ancestral crafts.
Mezcal production is one of them.
Mezcal El Silencio is a defiant departure from classic Mezcal production.
This two-tone bottle is constructed by matte black clay from Oaxaca and a shiny volcanic glass called Obsidian.
Our mission is to push the limits. Not only with our mezcal, but with every detail we put into our products.

Trouble has arrived.

SINGLE AGAVE:  Made with 100% Espadín Agave,

El Silencio Espadín is a full-bodied mezcal with notes of roasted figs and charred fruit stone which leads to a gorgeous finish and a myriad of baking spices.

Off Color Troublesome Gose
Gose Style Beer
Most brewers spend a lot of time and effort keeping lactobacillus out of their breweries; it was the first thing we brought in (it still has to stay in the corner though). We blend together two different beers to make Troublesome. The first is a somewhat uninteresting wheat beer and the second is an overly acidic & funky beer fermented solely with lactobacillus. We blend the two beers together with coriander and salt at the tail end of fermentation to create a mild, lemony tartness and a fuller sensation of mouthfeel. And yes, it's hard to make.

Off Color Apex Predator Saison / Farmhouse Ale

Farmhouse Ale
When you brew as much as we do, sometimes we get tired of telling the yeast what to do. For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do it's thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite. Pounce on the opportunity to let it part your lips and you may find yourself at the top of the food chain.

Off Color Yuzu Fierce...$7.99
Berliner Weisse with Yuzu Fruit
Our kettle soured, free rise fermented Berliner Weisse with Yuzu fruit. It's ok to enjoy yuzu again!
ABV: 3.8%

Sesma Brewing Citrus Maxima
Witbier with wild yeast, brewed with different citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon meyer, lemon poncil, yuzu, Budha hand, Limequat, Kumquat, bergamot, citron and lime.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: Strong citrus aroma with a hints of mint.
Flavor: Little sourness, light boddy with soft carbonation.
Finish:  A very refreshing beer like a soda, ideal for spring/summer afternoons.

Lambickx Kriek Lambic
Lambic with Cherries added
Bottles produced: 9,867
Barrels: Oak and Chestnut
Wonderful aroma of almonds, macaroon and cherry stones. Dry, elegant fruit palate. Lightly sparkling to still.
Lambics are truly the "wines" of the beer world. Just as wines vary by season, soil, climate, and aging method, lambics (unlike any other type of beer) vary by season, brewery location, barrel size and wood type and length of aging.

Greenhook Ginsmiths Gin

Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin...$29.99
“It’s one of the boldest, most interesting Gins out there.” — The Wall Street Journal
How to describe our American Dry Gin? Liquor.com called it “an aromatic powerhouse.” We can get behind that. The main punch comes from juniper (naturally) but with a creative twist. We add nine botanicals to a base spirit distilled from organic grown wheat. The uniqueness of our distillation process creates a bright, vibrant and nuanced gin that is a perfect balance between our herbal, floral and citrus components: elderflower, cinnamon and chamomile. It’s a mix unlike any other.

Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin...$41.99
If Dutch Genevers is the heady, malty forefather of modern gin and London Dry is today’s standard-bearer, Old Tom is the missing link between them. The prevalent style gin of 18th century England, Old Tom was once king of the gin hill here stateside but sadly disappeared (along with many things fun) during prohibition.
We made it our mission to bring back this lynchpin of countless classic cocktails. Greenhook’s full-bodied expression is crafted from pot distilled corn, juniper, and botanicals inspired by the spice trade of the 1900’s. Aged for two years in bourbon casks before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, our Old Tom Gin is perfect for your next Martinez or Old Fashioned.

Felsina Rancia Chianti Classico Riserva

2011 Felsina Rancia Chianti Classico Riserva...$19.99 / 375ml
From the 6.25-hectare Rancia vineyard, the 2011 Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia shows a more elaborate and stylized personality with ripe fruit tones, bursting cherry, perfumed violets and rose petal. Those floral notes add a feminine touch to what is in fact a wine of power and determination. It shows a beautiful evolution in the glass as well, with dusty mineral notes that add to the overall elegance of the dry, polished finish. This is one of the best Riservas of 2011.
Rated 94/100 Wine Advocate
A wine of incredible density, the 2011 Chianti Classico Riserva Rancia is virtually impenetrable, but dazzling just the same. Rose petal, mint, sage, rosemary, leather and smoke hit the palate in a voluptuous, racy Rancia. The 2011 should drink well earlier than many other recent vintages, but it should also age nicely. The fine, silky tannins are a bit uncharacteristic for a young Rancia. Over the last few years, the 2011 has really started to come together. It will be interesting to see where things go from here.

Stolen American Whiskey 11 Year Old

Stolen American Whiskey 11 Year Old...$29.99
STOLEN American Whiskey begins with a mature 11-year-old whiskey. Ever insatiable, STOLEN tapped into industry experts by adding a layer of artistry rooted in extracting staves from ex-whiskey barrels and toasting them in a 360-degree rotation over an oak wood fire. Turning the staves at key points during the toast allowed STOLEN to capture richly nuanced flavors across the entire wood gradient, resulting in a smoky consistency for every barrel stave.

To impart these fire roasted notes into the whiskey, STOLEN employs a secondary, barrel-finishing process where “the juice” is continually analyzed for taste and nosed for aroma until it peaks in boldness resulting in an additional layer of finished flavor complexity that differentiates STOLEN Whiskey from other traditional American whiskies and bourbons. On the nose is a roasted coffee bouquet that enhances dark fruits and lingers through an exceptionally long finish. On the palate, natural flavors of toasted caramel, dark molasses and smoky chocolate mingle. STOLEN Whiskey’s initial buttery mouthfeel ultimately balances out a bold and lasting finish.

Stolen Overproof Rum Limited Edition...$16.99 / 375
STOLEN discovered Overproof at a historic, family-run distillery in Jamaica that’s over 250 years old, renowned for making some of the best heavy pot still rums in the world. It is the last of a 6-year aged, pot still rum made using hand harvested sugar cane grown by local farmers. The sugar cane mash is fermented using a proprietary yeast strand that is cultured in outdoor wood vats. The mash ferments for seven days in a selection of the distillery’s 50 different traditional cedar tanks. Utilizing mountain rain water collected by the estate’s own rain water retention system, the rum is distilled using very old, traditional pot stills… the same as those found in Scotland to make high flavor single malt whiskies. The distilled rum is then carefully matured in ex-whiskey barrels.
The result is a distinctively smooth 123 proof dark bronze rum with a flavor and profile that is nothing short of amazing. The nose is not the wet grass one might expect but rather offers a dose of white and black pepper spice married with charred oak and ripe banana. On the palate, there is a hint of charred vanilla along with notes of tangerine, banana, and pear. The rum has medium viscosity and lovely long legs, leaving a luscious light coat in your mouth. This is a very limited release.
When it’s over, it’s over. And out.

Stolen Smoked Rum...$18.99
STOLEN is proud to introduce the World’s First Smoked Rum… the result of an artisanal approach fueled by the desire to reinvent the rum category.
We start with a column-distilled rum from Trinidad, made from locally sourced sugar cane and molasses. The rum is then aged for up to 2 years in used American oak whiskey barrels. Capturing the essence of a fresh brewed cup of joe, we infuse the rum using re-fractionated Colombian Arabica coffee, wholly distilled from same-day roasted beans. The warm, roasted flavor is complemented by the creamy sweetness and velvety texture of premium Madagascan vanilla beans and Moroccan fenugreek. The rum is rounded off with notes of American hardwood, acquired through a smoking process called pyrolysis—the burning of hardwood in the absence of oxygen.
The finished product is a smooth, medium body rum with a generous bouquet. On the palate, the deep profile of coffee, vanilla, warm caramel and dark chocolate mix with lingering notes of charred oak for a long, smooth, smoky finish.

Peychaud's Aperitivo

Peychaud's Aperitivo...$18.99 / 750ml
Antoine Amedie Peychaud, creator of world famous Peychaud’s bitters, began his career in the 1800s working in an apothecary in the French Quarter of New Orleans making concoctions of his bitters and brandy that he served to peers and patrons. Peychaud eventually became the lead bartender of the Sazerac Coffeehouse where he continued mixing simple cocktails with his bitters to much acclaim. It is this belief in simplicity and quality that serves as the basis for Peychaud’s Aperitivo. Delightful and refreshing, Peychaud’s Aperitivo is best served over ice or in the Royal Street Fizz.

New Spanish releases....

Spanish Stars from Eric Solmon
2015 Capcanes Mas Donis Old Vines....$12.99
The deep ruby/purple colored 2015 Mas Donis Old Vines is billed as a poor man's Priorat from Importer Eric Solomon, and I certainly can’t disagree with him. Blackberries, blueberries, peppery, hints of violets and some minerality all emerge from this juicy, ripe, sexy red that's an undeniable joy to drink. The wine is a blend of 85% Garnacha and 15% Syrah, brought up all in concrete tanks.
Rated 92/100 Jeb Dunnuck

2015 Castano Solanera Vinas Viejas....$13.99
Another project between Eric Solomon and Jean-Marc Lafage, the 2015 Solanera Vinas Viejas is fresh and lively, with ripe, sexy notes of blueberry and blackberry fruits intermixed with more subtle notes of violets, graphite and white pepper. Possessing full-bodied richness, a seamless texture, and gorgeous purity of fruit, it’s another terrific vintage for this cuvée that’s ideal for drinking over the coming 2-4 years. The blend is 2014 is 65% Monastrell, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Garnacha, all aged 10 months in 80% French and 20% American oak.
Rated 92/100 Jeb Dunnuck

The revamped 2015 has a completely different label that only keeps the "viñas viejas" moniker. In this wine, from the joint venture with U.S. importer Eric Solomon that started in 1999, they used part of full clusters and sourced the grapes from Casa Marta, a nine-hectare, head-pruned, dry-farmed plot on very stony soils in the north of Yecla at the foot of the Mount Arabí. It fermented in concrete vats and open-top barrels and matured in barrique, each variety separately, for some ten months, after which it was blended and bottled. This is the vintage of the big change in this wine, where, as with the majority of its siblings, there is better balance and more integrated oak, more freshness and better balance. The nose is quite captivating, especially after some time in the glass, when it starts developing some floral aromas, perfect ripeness, no warmth or alcohol and a powerful, yet terribly balanced palate with concentration and elegance, fine-grained tannins and clean, focused flavors. This is my favorite Solanera to date. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2017.

2015 Mas Alta Black Slate La Vilella Alta Priorat....$19.99
Part of the Black Slate label that focused on the different villages of Priorat, the 2015 Black Slate La Vilella Alta is a blend of 39% Cariñena, 23% Garnacha, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Syrah and Merlot that spent 14 months in 30% new French oak, with a good portion of the blend brought up all in concrete. Incredible notes of blackcurrants, wood smoke, iris flowers, chocolate, and obvious minerality all emerge from this full-bodied, beautifully pure, elegant red that knocks it out of the park on the value front. You just don’t find this level of quality at this price point anywhere in the wine world today. There’s roughly 2,400 cases and readers should not miss this sensational wine.
Rated 94/100 Jeb Dunnuck

2015 Mas Alta Artigas Priorat....$26.99
From one of the top estates in the region, the 2015 Artigas is a brilliant Priorat based on 60% Garnacha, 30% Cariñena and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon that spent 16 months in in 25% new French oak. It offers a full-bodied, ripe, yet elegant and weightless style as well as perfumed notes of black raspberries, blackberries, cracked black pepper, and earth. It has terrific intensity, yet again, stays elegant and nuanced. It’s going to keep for a decade or more and is a seriously good bottle of wine.
Rated 94/100 Jeb Dunnuck
