Joel Falmet is back!!!

Both finally back in stock from this amazing producer.
We are still waiting on the Rose from France.  It is such tiny production!
The Rare Vintage!
2008 Joel Falmet Vintage Extra Brut Champagne....$89.99

90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Joel’s benchmark cuvee, Millesime spends an amazing 12 years in bottle before disgorgement. Three grams of dosage. Extra Brut is DRIER than Brut - it has a maximum residual sugar level of 6 gr/lt, whilst Brut can reach a maximum of 12 gr/lt.
An appealing Champagne, with a broad, creamy feel working in tandem with racy acidity to showcase expressive flavors of baked black currant, chopped almond, whole-grain toast and accents of candied lemon peel and crystallized honey. Reveals hints of white truffle and oyster shell that linger on the fresh, salty finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2030. 150 cases made, 25 cases imported.
Rated 93/100 The Wine Spectator

Very limited - Only 150 cases made for the world

Joel Falmet Champagne Les Parcelles Brut...$47.99 / 750ml

Grower Champagne "RM" Récoltant-Manipulant
Creamy in texture, yet lithe and lively, thanks to bright, citrusy acidity, buoying finely meshed notes of poached quince, ripe melon, blood orange sorbet and Marcona almond. Clean-cut and lightly spiced on the lingering finish. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2026. 300 cases imported.
Rated 92/100 The Wine Spectator
