100% ChardonnayWhite Beaujolais Blanc is a bit of a rarity as only 2% of Beaujolais production is White. We do not see too many but they can be delicious wines when you get a good one. We found a great one! It is crisp and fresh with flavors of pears, melons, apricots. It is unoaked showing off the minerality and ripe fruits and a touch of nuttiness. It pairs well with goat cheese, fish, and even desserts with fresh fruit.
