90% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay. Joel’s benchmark cuvee, Millesime spends an amazing 12 years in bottle before disgorgement. Three grams of dosage. Extra Brut is DRIER than Brut - it has a maximum residual sugar level of 6 gr/lt, whilst Brut can reach a maximum of 12 gr/lt.
An appealing Champagne, with a broad, creamy feel working in tandem with racy acidity to showcase expressive flavors of baked black currant, chopped almond, whole-grain toast and accents of candied lemon peel and crystallized honey. Reveals hints of white truffle and oyster shell that linger on the fresh, salty finish. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Drink now through 2030. 150 cases made, 25 cases imported.

Made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay
This lively rosé Champagne has a fresh, breezy feel, thanks to a citrusy overtone of ruby red grapefruit. Reveals a refined mousse that carries additional flavors of white cherry, almond skin, oyster shell and tangerine, while well-knit acidity and saline tang show on the finish.
