This single vineyard Rosé is made with Pinot Noir grapes planted on the coolest, westernmost reaches of Casablanca Valley.
A very pale hue of pink. Delicately fruity with hints of strawberries, rose petals and rhubarb. Bone dry, with ample body and refreshing acidity. Ideally served at 41 – 46ºF with smoked fish, salmon ceviche, fresh goat cheese salad, vegetable tempura or sushi.

Think of it as an alternative to Tavel. Try this bone dry Rose that can be enjoyed now but will last for 2-3 years and continue to improve.
