Langeron Cru Beaujolais

2018 Comte de Langeron Cote de Brouilly...$21.99
The appellation of Côte de Brouilly sits on the high slopes of the extinct volcano Mont Brouilly and is surrounded by the larger appellation of Brouilly. Cote de Brouilly is bigger and riper than regular Brouilly.
Gorgeous nose of rose petals, violets and a hint of dark roast coffee. On the palate, it has great body with a deep and generous core blueberries and ripe cherries. Drinks very well now but will age 4-8 more years. Very small production.

2018 Comte de Langeron Morgon...$24.99
Morgon is the second largest cru in Beaujolais, it has often been called the "Hermitage" of Beaujolais.   It is bigger and fuller than most Beaujolais and can age for up to 10 years.
The Comte de Langeron Morgon has beautiful stone fruit, kirsch, minerality and spice flavors with a big mouthfeel and a bright juiciness.  Comte de Langeron produces small amounts of Cru Beaujolais, each bottle is numbered.
