Clonakilty Minke Irish Vodka is made from whey, which is a byproduct of dairy production. This gives the vodka a uniquely smooth and creamy texture, distinguishing it from grain- or potato-based vodkas. The whey is sourced from grass-fed cows in West Cork, Ireland, which contributes to its clean and slightly sweet character.

Clonakilty Distillery is known for using sustainable and locally sourced ingredients, and their Minke Irish Vodka follows this philosophy, resulting in a premium, velvety spirit ideal for sipping or cocktails.  Distilled from Whey alcohol in our Minke Copper Pot Still, it can be enjoyed neat, with your favourite mixer, or in your favourite vodka cocktail. It’s a bit reserved initially but holds onto a sunny and pure profile offering layers of blackberry coulis and a touch of sunny blue fruit, along with sweet sage, rocky earth, and fresh lavender. Medium to full-bodied, it fills the palate with balanced richness and a weightless, rounded feel with sweet tannins and notes of pure black tea on the finish. It handles this warm vintage with a graceful feel, and although it might not be the longest-lived of these wines, I wouldn’t be surprised to find it showing beautifully in 15 or more years. Drink 2025-2040.

Dunkes Bier is a German Style Pilsner made from the authentic, 188-years old, Schönberger family recipe from Millstadt’s Sister City, Gross-Bieberau, Germany located in the Odenwald region and founded in 787. The Schönberger family founded their bierbraurie in 1835 but closed it many years ago. The Oldenwald region has its own ancient dialect, “Odenwälder” and in that dialect the friendly word for a person from Gross-Bieberau is a “Dunkes”.
We named this beer in honor of that deep tradition because Millstadt was founded in 1836 about the time the ancestors of many current Millstadt residents immigrated here from Gross-Bieberau. We brew Dunkes Bier to preserve the cultural bier heritage of Gross-Bieberau and honor our own ancestry. Crisp, refreshing light-bodied pils with crackery malt and an elegant, floral-herbal hop character.

Philippe Collin, a native of Champagne, moved to Limoux in 1980 to establish his own domaine. Though his family has made Champagne for generations, the opportunities in this sought after, and extremely expensive area, were very limited.
This elegantly constructed rosé is pale salmon pink in color. Though the wine is primarily made from Chardonnay, subtle wild strawberry notes are detectable in the nose and on the palate from the Pinot Noir. The crisp, mineral Chardonnay is softened by the lush and aromatic Chenin Blanc. The result is a lively wine with a lot of character, without any aggressive or astringent notes. This is a wonderfully versatile rosé ideal for pork and salmon dishes, or simply on its own as an aperitif

The Grenache vines range from 55 to 100 years old. The Carignan vines are 82 years old, while his Syrah vines range from 30 to 50 years old. This in an unusually rich and complex Côtes du Rhône. This year he added 30% Syrah (up from 15%). This blend further accentuates the bright red cherry fruit in the wine and gives it more body and richness. His old vine Carignan adds a complex peppery spice component, while the adds rich black fruit flavors.

The Syrah dominates and leads to a full-bodied wine but with silky tannins. It has a slight pepperiness to add some dimension and complexity.
