• Distilled at MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana
• Mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley
• Aged over 7 years; aged in Indiana for 5.5 years in new American oak barrels then moved to the PCS Distilling warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky, and re-barreled in heavily toasted and charred new American oak for a further 2 years
• Blended from 15 barrels total
• Rich fruit, marshmallow, and campfire smoke pervade the nose and robust palate, finishing with warming but approachable heat
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV

The Hazelbaker range focuses on distinct, small batch whiskeys from varying distilleries, all produced in accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, that are thoughtfully blended and bottled by the PCS Distilling team.
