Sunglider is a golden Helles-style lager inspired by the classic pale lagers of Munich and brewed with local Atlas barley grown on Bob Work’s farm in Paso Robles and floor-malted at Admiral Malt in Alameda. Floral and grassy notes from Willamette hops grown at Goschie Farms in Oregon add a delicate balance to the aromatic profile and a mild bitterness.
