Our brewery began in 1996 when we delved into the rare art of fermenting beer in oak barrels. Ten years later, we took our barrel machinations to the next level by aging beer in vessels inherited from bourbon houses and other spirits producers. Ever since. the resulting beers have flown under the banner of the Proprietor: Vintage Series, which has become one of the most extpensive barrel aging programs in the craft industry.
Now, in celebration of our brewery: 30th anniversary year, we introduce the 2026 vintage of Parabola, one of the world's most storied barrel-age stones. Parabola is prized for in signature flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla and roast coffee -- yet each annual release also exhibits its own distcinct character. For this latest edition, we aged the beer for a year in 9-year Elijah Craig and 10-year Henry McKenna barrels.
These coveted bourbon vessels imparted notes of Charred oak, caramel and espresso, taking the Parabola experience to new heights.
