The Bourbon
Every cask has been a decade in the making. Distilled from a high-rye mash bill (60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley) and aged ten years in rare Seguin Moreau barrels from one of France’s most revered cooperages, the bourbon is shaped by time, pedigree, and oak. The tight-grain staves and signature medium-plus toast coax out layers of baking spice, vanilla bean, toasted nuts, refined tannins, dark dried fruit, cocoa, and subtle notes of leather.
