Finally here are some pictures of our new agave selections at our Lamp and Lantern location
- The pictures around the screen are agave species of mezcal we sell in that first section. We are working on shelf talkers for these. And we are going to put details about each plant under the pictures.
- The colored tequila shelf talkers are taken from "Tequila Matchmaker." Different colors represent different NOMS as many brands can be made at the same place. A good NOM is like a good wine importer, you can trust the products from there. Cool colors mean they come from the highlands (more citrus and fruit flavors), warm colors mean they come from the valley (more spice and agave forward).
