The Dalmore’s master distiller, currently Gregg Glass, oversees the cask selection process.  Only the finest whiskies that align with the desired flavor profile and complexity for the collection are earmarked for inclusion.  The selected casks are monitored over several years to ensure they are maturing as expected until they are ready to be bottled
