NEW RELEASE!!!
Farm & Estate Red Corn Bourbon...$43.99 / 750ml
Non-GMO heirloom grain Jimmy red corn is a typically rich and sweet corn with a little more aromatics. The Brasetto rye is used for the nutty, spicy and fruit notes of this grain. The malted barley grown in the US, especially in the Midwest, tend toward a soft grassy note. The blend used is perfect for adding to the richness of the heirloom Jimmy red. The crops are grown in the Midwest at Ford county 1 and Stumpf Farms. They are irrigated and mashed/fermented with limestone water like traditional bourbons. This particular whiskey is mashed, fermented and aged together. This came together nicely and the flavor at this proof is such that it is being offered uncut.
Grain: 85% Corn (Jimmy Red) 12.5% Rye (Brasetto) 2.5% Malt (2 Row)
Character: rich, spicy, fruity, malted "pilsner style" grassy, toasty, deep
Proof: 107

Evans & Pike Reserve Solera Bourbon Whiskey...$89.99 / 750ml
The bourbons that are blended to produce Evans & Pike are hand-selected by our master taster from the oldest barrels in our solera, with the youngest barreled in 2007, and the oldest in 2000. This ultra-aged bourbon is also made from 3 different mash bills, creating a flavor profile you won’t find in any other bottle.
The taste will certainly remind you of old bourbons, but with a personality that is distinctly Evans & Pike. Expect to taste old oak, vanilla, hints of caramel, pepper, and subtle spice that is present but far from overwhelming. A sturdy and beautiful product.
3 different mash bills, one uncompromising bourbon
Mash Bill #1: 60% corn / 35% rye / 5% barley
Mash Bill #2:75% corn / 21% rye / 4% barley
Mash Bill #3: 80% corn / 15% rye / 5% barley

Mashbuild Bourbon Finished in Tawny Port Barrels...$31.99
Tawny ports spend more time in the barrel than conventional port wines. You know what that means? That means… that the flavor imparted by the barrel finish will be extra-rich. This wine and whiskey duo produced a one-of-a-kind spirit with a perfect balance of sweet and earthy notes. Expect to taste flavors like toffee, mocha, dried citrus and spice from the barrel pairing well with the vanilla, oak, and caramel from the whiskey. Enjoy!

Mashbuild Rye Whiskey Finished in a Barbados Rum Barrel...$31.99
Rye Whiskey Finished in a 6-Year Old Barbados Rum Barrel
We wondered what it would taste like if we finished a bold, peppery rye in the most exclusive rum casks we could find. The results were beyond anything we could have expected. The barrels we chose were used to age a six-year rum just off of Barbados Beach in Bridgetown, Barbados.
Complex and full of flavor, the spice and caramel notes of the rye whiskey base are complemented by notes of apricot, banana, orange and vanilla imparted by the Barbados rum barrel. This bottle is a truly must-have for anyone who enjoys barrel-finished whiskeys.
