Here is the lineup of what you will taste
paired with some amazing cheese!!
List subject to change, and we are told there will be some surprise library wines too!!!

Sheridan Estate Chardonnay 2021.....$18.99

This Chardonnay boasts expressive flavors of pear, hazelnuts, white flowers, and vanilla. It's full-bodied with plenty of nuance and subtlety in the layers of flavor and palate-cleansing acidity.

Sheridan Estate Merlot 2021 .....$25.99
Lots of black fruits, espresso, graphite, and peppery herbs dominate the nose, and it’s medium to full-bodied, with a great mid-palate and ripe, polished tannins. It’s clearly an outstanding wine and I’d be happy to enjoy a bottle any time over the coming 7-8 years, if not a decade. Jeb Dunnuck

Sheridan Cabernet Sauvignon 2021....$25.99
The base of the Cabernet Sauvignon comes from all Estate fruit in the Yakima Valley. Its deep purple color is followed by lots of plum and blueberry fruits as well as notes of lavender, violets and sagebrush.
This rich, medium to full bodied and lush Cabernet has nice spine of acidity, ripe, present tannins, and a great finish. It’s going to keep for over a decade. - Winery notes

Sheridan Mystique 2020......$25.99
Mystique is a blend of Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
This plush red has full bodied richness and depth as well as loads of blue and black fruits, notes of Asian spices, chocolate and dried herbs, an expansive layered mouth feel and a great finish. It’s a beautiful, pleasure-bent effort to enjoy over the coming decade. - winery notes

Sheridan L’Orage 2020.....$49.99
100% Estate grown fruit Deep ruby hue. Crazy aromatics leap from the glass with the first pour. Dark fruits of black plum, black currant and blackberry dominate the nose with complimenting floral notes of wild lavender, violet and sagebrush.
The upfront palate is magically smooth showing lush fruit, balance and sublime energy. A classic L’Orage with mingling black currant and red pomegranate fruits midway. Full bodied, structured and savory with silky tannins framing the intense long lingering finish. This L’Orage is smoking good right now and will see 2035 with ease. Drink now or hold for a decade.
