Our special guest instructor is Christine Foubert Cooney, native of the Cognac region and co-owner of French spirits, Heavenly Spirits. She will be guiding the class through all three great brandy-producing appellations of Cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados. Her incredible knowledge of the regions should make this a not-to-miss class for brandy lovers and Francophiles alike.
