We are going to pick another Single Barrel Pick at Side Project Brewing!
We are doing another barrel tasting with Cory and Karen King at Side Project Brewing. They are allowing us to bring some customers to taste and you will help select a single barrel of beer to be bottled exclusive for The Wine and Cheese Place. Everyone in attendance will be guaranteed a chance to purchase a bottle of that beer when it is bottled.

Oak Aged Missouri Saison
Fermier is a spelt Missouri Saison in which exclusive processes and bottle conditioning techniques to this beer have created a singular experience which showcases our exploration of fermentation with our native microflora. Somewhere between Saison du Fermier and Oude Fermier, we hope you enjoy this limited expression of our flagship Missouri Saison.
ABV: 7%
Side Project La Belle Fleur Pineapple and Mango Edition....$14.99 / 375ml
Foedre-aged Missouri Brett Pale
La Belle Fleur is the base of our Single Farm beers with Brettanomyces Claussenii and Brettanomyces Anomala and our house cultures. This expression was then refermented on Pineapples & Mangoes and then Dry-Hopped with Galaxy.
ABV: 6%

- We will be inviting 8-10 customers to helps us taste and select, like the first event.
- The event should be sometime in April at Side Project Brewing.
- We will invite top beer supporters with a very heavy emphasis on Side Project beer supporters at our stores (you must be a member of our rewards club)
- Selection will be based on purchases since November 1st up until a few weeks before the event. Date will be announced as soon as we know.

Side Project Brewing Sunrises....$39.99 / 750ml
Blend of Oak Aged Lager and Saison
Sunrises is a collaboration with our lovely friends at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales. We brewed a lager and then experimented as we did as homebrewers with a precise matrix of Brettanomyces strains as we aged the beer in French Oak Barrels. After 12 months in oak, we wove in threads of Oude Fermier, Home, and Sunsets to push this lager / ale hybrid toward our individual Saison flavor profiles. Sunrises was bottle conditioned for 4 months with cultures from both breweries before sharing with you.

Lager Aged in Missouri Oak Foedre with Native Microflora
Side Project Salud....$39.99 / 750ml
Salud crosses the boundary between natural wine and Missouri Saison. In the process of orange wine, we aged a Missouri Table Saison on the skins of Vidal Blanc grapes letting the natural microflora of the grapes to influence the direction of the beer. At maturity in oak, a Missouri Saison aged on Peaches was blended in before letting the beer condition in the bottle for several months
