This is a very limited release from an annual series with the same blend of high wheat whiskey, but with different finishes. This batch is Tres Vieux Pineau des Charentes finished
Pineau de Charentes is a French aperitif - a fortified wine. Cognac is added to unfermented grape juice (or lightly fermented) and aged in oak.
