For this release of Heigold Single Barrel, there will be a very limited number of barrels of this exceptional High Rye Double Malt Kentucky Straight Bourbon. To accompany this unique offering, our Founder has commissioned a series of six pieces of original art to complete this beautiful package. Each limited numbered edition has an illustration that offers a new interpretation of the timeless characters from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The result is a true work of art inside and out that could only be bottled at cask strength.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
2023 release of Heigold Single Barrel features the work of Quincy Sutton, a Los Angeles-based illustrator who was selected to create six original pieces to adorn our bottles. He likens his art to jazz music. Using shapes and colors, but no lines, his illustrations might at seem sporadic and chaotic. But by simplifying and taking away as much possible, a connection between viewer and object is formed. A visual rhythm and melody that is as bold as it is memorable. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Quincy was formally educated at the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), majoring in Illustration. His professional endeavor began as a caricature artist at amusement parks in Ohio, which led him to journey across the country in pursuit of a career in animation. Since leaving Ohio Quincy has gained professional experiences as a character artist, graphic designer, illustrator, fashion/accessories designer, and Art Director at companies such as MGA Entertainment, Alpine Stars, and Fox Entertainment. For this assignment, our Founder, Kaveh Zamanian, tasked Quincy to make modern interpretations of the iconic characters of Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.
