From one of the coolest sites Ceritas sources from, at 300 feet elevation, the pale straw-colored 2021 Chardonnay Trout Gulch is fresh and vibrant with fresh flowers, crushed stones, and white peach. This medium-bodied white is electric with energy throughout, with lime zest, fresh herbs, saline, and a fantastic core of concentration. It’s outstanding. Drink 2024-2036.
