M & H Levantine Gin...$32.99
Our gin starts the same as our single malt series – 100% pure malted barley that’s mashed in-house and distilled in our pot still. Then we add a heap of Juniper and botanicals, hand-sourced from Tel Aviv's Levinsky market: origanum syriacum, lemon peel, orange, chamomile, verbena, cinnamon, and black pepper.
M&H Elements Red Wine Single Malt Whisky (Israel) 46% abv…$56.99
Ex-red wine casks that were sourced from Israel’s finest wineries were picked for this part of the Elements trilogy. The Mediterranean’s climate, variety of soil types, hot sunny days and cool nights bring a spicy and unique flavor to Israeli wine – and in turn, our casks. The wine casks used in the Elements Red Wine are a celebration of local terroir, curating a floral single malt with notes of raisins.
M&H Elements Single Malt Whisky (Israel) 46% abv…$46.99
The first commercial Single Malt Whisky by M&H. Classic single malt whisky is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and our special red-wine STR casks, giving it a light and balanced character. Matured under the Tel Aviv sun.
M&H Elements Peated Single Malt Whisky (Israel)...$56.99
The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky was matured in casks from Islay, that soaked in smoky aromas and salty flavors, and was then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt. The Elements Peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the casks’ typical Islay peaty notes; the result is a delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.
