Whiskey Under the Influence :Port and Madeira
Thursday, March 30th
$50 per person

Lineup TBD
This is a second in a series of classes spotlighting wine or spirit cask aging, both fully matured
or finishing/enhancing the whiskey. In this edition, we’ll be tasting six different whiskeys
along with sampling the corresponding styles of port and Madeira as a reference point. The first time we offered the class, it sold out quickly...so don’t delay!

Distillery Focus: Linkwood
Thursday, April 13th
$40 per person

In this series of classes, we'll concentrate on a single Distillery, pouring 6 different expressions from cask strength to cask finished whiskey. The Linkwood Distillery in Speyside is the subject of our 1st class. Owned by Diageo, Linkwood is a component in both Johnnie Walker and White Horse blends but never released by Diageo in the U.S. leaving independent bottlers to access and bottle expressions.

We will have these online later - save the date

What is Japanese Whiskey?
