Equilibrium / Narrow Gauge Hubble Palate Double IPA...$5.49 / 16oz can
Astrophotography techniques use the average of 100's of extrememly long 4min+ exposures, long focal lengths, and sky trackers that rotate to offset the earth's rotation to essentially freeze the sky. Two images of the Orion Nebula were taken with two different techniques near Equilibrium Brewery in NY and the other at Narrow Gauge Brewery in MO. These images were then expertly blended by Jeff from Narrow Gauge to produce the resulting final composite which is pictured on the collaboration label.
Starting off with flaked oats and wheat, we added as many space themed hops as we could. Apollo, Comet, and Strata were added to the whirlpool before a galactic dry hop of Comet, Strata and Victorian Galaxy. Hubble Palate pours milky yellow with aromas of Pine, forest, "clean" lemongrass, passionfruit, and mango. The luscious mouthfeel opens up into flavors of mango, tangerine, lime gummy wedges, assorted melon fruit salad, and a touch of coconut that ends with a dank and fruity #EQjuice finish.
